President Joe Biden is fighting tooth and nail to the very end of his administration to impose his radical left-wing agenda.
But he just faced another monumental setback in a fight he started years ago.
Because a judge just served Joe Biden a crushing loss in this everything on the line Lone Star State legal battle.
Federal judge greenlights Texas’ razor wire at the border
Since the moment Joe Biden took the White House in 2020, Texas has been left to defend its border with Mexico by itself.
In 2021, the state announced the beginning of Operation Lone Star, which ultimately became the largest state-led initiative to protect border security in American history.
During the waning months of the Biden-Harris administration, both Biden and Harris lied to voters, claiming that they cared deeply about border security.
But on record, Biden unleashed a wave of lawsuits against the state of Texas regarding Operation Lone Star to strip the state of its ability to protect its southern border.
One of the biggest actions in question was the decision by Texas to line their southern border with razor wire, to act as a barrier.
Under orders by the impeached Department of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas, border patrol agents were forced to visit the southern border in order to remove all of the razor wire put in place, particularly around the city of Eagle Pass.
Eagle Pass, Texas, is one of the hardest hit cities that have been overwhelmed by unchecked illegal immigration.
Following the federal order to remove the barrier, Biden’s administration filed a lawsuit against the state of Texas to try and mandate that they cannot place any border protections, including razor wire, at the southern border.
But the legal battle did not go nearly as expected in court.
Circuit Court Judge Kyle Duncan recently ruled that the Biden-Harris administrations claim that Texas placing the razor wire would impede their border security, and would damage relations with Mexico did not stand up in court.
The judge ruled that Texas was free to continue setting up the razor wire.
Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R) took to X where he announced the victory saying, “We continue adding more razor wire border barrier.”
BREAKING: the federal court of appeals just ruled that Texas has the right to build the razor wire border wall that we have constructed to deny illegal entry into our state.and that Biden was wrong to cut our razor wire.

Biden-Harris administration loses against common sense in court
The judge’s decision to side with Texas reaffirmed the state’s ability to decide how they want to use their own land, even if it means securing their border.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) appeared in an interview with Newsmax where he explained that this was not just a victory for the state of Texas, but also for private property rights.
“It was shocking to me that the federal government would go out of their way to cut razor wire to allow illegal [aliens] to cross when we’re just trying to protect our own land,” slammed Paxton. “This wasn’t their land. This was our land, our private property.”
“It had nothing to do with the federal government,” added the Texas Attorney General. “So this is a good win for Texas, a good win for the country, that this court recognized our ability to protect our land.”
The Biden-Harris White House also attempted to prevent Texas from placing a floating barrier in the Rio Grande River, by suing to remove it altogether.
And there is another case caught up before a federal appeals court judge that will decide on whether Texas has the right to arrest illegal aliens for “trespassing” when they jump the border.
Biden is running out of time in the White House to try and thwart Texas’ work to secure their southern border.
And President-elect Donald Trump has already made it clear that he intends to work hand-in-hand with Texas to seal their border with Mexico.
In the near future, Texas will not only breathe easy knowing the White House won’t force the state to keep their border open, but will be a partner in finally enforcing federal immigration law.
