Tulsi Gabbard was forced to fend off fiery attacks during her recent confirmation hearing following Trump appointing her as Director of National Intelligence.

Gabbard is the one Trump cabinet nomination that terrifies the Swamp and the Deep State the most.
Gabbard, a former Democrat, has routinely fought back against warmongering policies, such as Barack Obama’s regime change wars that took place in Syria and Libya.
She has also led staunch resistance against former President Joe Biden’s Ukraine war against Russia.
Gabbard has even publicly opposed the warrantless, unconstitutional wiretapping of American citizens.
But she really made her position clear when she previously called for a pardon for Edward Snowden after he blew the whistle on Barack Obama’s secret and illegal spying program – collecting every single phone call, text message, and email sent by every American across the country.
During her confirmation hearing before the Senate Intelligence Committee, entrenched RINOs teamed up with Democrat Senators to berate and attack Gabbard with Soviet-style tactics trying to force her to walk back her defense of Americans from the illegal spy operations used against them.
During a recent airing of Jesse Watters’ Fox News show, Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) spoke about the hearing and delivered some scary news about what it all meant.
“What are your colleagues on the Republican side thinking here?” Watters inquired about Gabbard’s odds of confirmation.
Hawley began his response by first praising Gabbard over her commitment to the truth, calling her brave for helping to expose the Deep State and their unconstitutional crimes, while pushing back against the endless wars across the globe.
But he also noted that the only problem with Gabbard, according to those who are relentlessly attacking her, was her refusal to submit to the surveillance state, and her decision to side with Americans against the warrantless spying operations used against them.
“Here’s her real ‘sin,’ Jesse, in the eyes of so many of the Washington establishment of both parties,” Senator Hawley explained to Watters. “Her ‘sin’ is that she challenges the surveillance state.”
“She told the truth about the government spying on Americans and about the abuses of FISA,” he continued. “She went out there and was honest about it and for that, she is getting absolutely roasted and persecuted.”
Watters appeared shocked by the situation, and asked Hawley if the RINOs joining in on the attacks were concerned about being primaried by a Trump-backed challenger should they vote against her confirmation.
“Do your Republican colleagues understand what will happen if they vote down Tulsi?” he asked Hawley.
Hawley’s response seemed concerningly uncertain because he believed that the RINOs on the Senate Intelligence Committee were more committed to defending the illegal practices and power grabs by the Deep State than their own careers in Congress.
Hawley added that, according to closed-door conversations within the Senate Republican caucus, RINOs are working hand in hand with Mitch McConnell to try and tank Gabbard’s nomination as Director of National Intelligence.
“I don’t know,” Hawley conceded. “And I have to tell you, I’m worried by what I hear from some of my Republican colleagues.”
“I’m worried that her nomination may be in jeopardy. And I’m just worried about what that will mean,” continued the distraught Missouri Senator.
“It will mean that the reforms that we desperately need in the intelligence space – let’s not pretend everything is fine and dandy and hunky-dory in the intelligence community. It’s not,” he concluded.
