An air traffic controller just spilled the truth about this one terrifying decision made by Barack Obama

Former President Barack Obama has found himself in an ugly spotlight following what this whistleblower just shared with the public.

Barack Obama has caused a magnitude of problems to take place in America.

His time in office created lasting damage that is still being felt today.

And an air traffic controller just spilled the truth about this one terrifying decision made by Barack Obama.

Air traffic controller slams Obama’s woke policies

Following the horrifying event of an American Airlines passenger jet crashing into an Army Black Hawk helicopter above Reagan National Airport, aviation safety and the FAA have become center focus for Americans.

Reports found that the supervisor at the control tower for Reagan National had decided to allow one of the air traffic controllers on duty to leave their shift before it had ended.

According to the New York Times, a preliminary internal Federal Aviation (FAA) report determined that the control tower at Reagan National was short-staffed on the day of the tragic incident.

Former air traffic controller Michael Pearson appeared on Fox News’ The Ingraham Angle where he slammed former President Barack Obama for causing the national shortage of air traffic controllers.

“The system has been under attack due to DEI [diversity, equity, and inclusion] and the FAA bowing to wokeness since 2010, since the Obama administration,” argued Pearson.

“The lack of staffing is directly attributable to the Obama administration terminating the lists of eligible, well-trained air traffic control statements in 36 universities across the country in 2013 because they were too white,” he identified.

Pearson had pointed out that the FAA, aside from turning down qualified candidates for the job, had also developed a new system which specifically protected DEI hires who were responsible for reckless or dangerous mistakes while on the job.

“The FAA also, at the same time, implemented an immunity program,” he explained. “So you think you’re seeing legitimate statistics? You’re not.”

“In the old days, before 2010, the immunity program, if an air traffic controller got two airplanes too close, too many times, it would be decertified and retrained,” Pearson told Ingraham.

This program, which was created and rolled out during the Obama Administration, instructed the FAA to give their DEI hires a free pass when they made these critical mistakes.

“Now, they’re not,” slammed Pearson. “All they have to do within 48 hours of being noticed or being investigated for a potential separation error, they’re called operational errors in the FAA, the controller simply has to avail themselves of this program that gives them immunity.”

Pearson noted that the FAA refused to concern themselves with replacing air traffic controllers who were putting people’s lives in danger while failing to even properly retrain them.

“The FAA cannot retrain these people. If somebody has a repetitive instance of malfeasance or lack of competency, the FAA, because of this immunity program, cannot rectify the situation,” he continued.

“They have to basically allow the person to remain in the same position. The union and the FAA working together to basically use this program to gerrymander the statistics of near-matter collisions,” added Pearson.

FAA faced discrimination lawsuit for Obama era program

Under Obama’s watch, the FAA had completely dismantled any merit-based hiring practices for air traffic controllers in order to adopt a “biographical assessment” to attempt drawing in more minority employees.

This program resulted in a class action lawsuit that was filed against the FAA by more than 1,000 air traffic controller candidates who claimed they were rejected for the job due to racial quotas for hiring.

Andrew Brigida, who graduated from Arizona State University with flying colors, was rejected by the FAA for a job despite scoring 100% on the skills exam back in 2013.

As a result of this disparaging situation, he became the lead plaintiff in the class action lawsuit.

In an interview with The Telegraph, Brigida was asked whether or not he believed it was more likely that an accident would take place due to the FAA’s decision to focus more on race and diversity in the workplace over hiring employees more qualified for the positions.

Brigida argued this was the case, responding, “Yes, that’s kind of accurate.”

Barack Obama created the environment for tragedies and crises, like what was seen at Reagan National, to occur when he pursued his radical DEI policies.
