He used the government to financially help his family, friends, and political allies through secret payments and government contracts.

Biden’s EPA sent $2 billion to a Stacey Abrams group pushing climate change
Elon Musk and his team at the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) have been pouring through federal spending with a fine-toothed comb.
And their findings so far have already sent shockwaves through the country.
Recently, DOGE uncovered that former President Joe Biden sent $2 billion to a nonprofit connected to failed Georgia Democrat Gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams.
Biden used the $1 trillion grossly misnamed 2022 Inflation Reduction Act as a massive green energy slush fund.
The Inflation Reduction Act sent $20 billion to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to dole out to groups through its Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund.
And $2 billion from the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund was earmarked for Power Forward Communities, a group connected to Abrams.
Power Forward Communities was a new group that was founded in 2023 with the stated goal of receiving taxpayer money, according to its application to operate as a 501(c)3 nonprofit.
The group received the $2 billion grant even though it only had $100 in its bank account and had never managed anywhere close to that kind of money before.
Discovery looks like Power grifting
Power Forward was set up in 2023 by a collection of groups, including Rewiring America, where Abrams serves as Senior Counsel.
Abrams ran and lost to Georgia Governor Brian Kemp (R) in 2018 and the 2022 Midterm Elections.
Rewiring America is a far-left environmental group that has a goal to replace every gas-powered household appliance, like stoves, with electric ones as part of an effort to end the use of fossil fuels.
Power Forward Communities claimed it would use the $2 billion to help households install solar panels, electric stoves, weatherization improvements, and electric vehicle chargers.
Power the Future executive director Daniel Turner told the Washington Free Beacon this arrangement was straight-up “fraud.”
“For an organization that has no experience in this, that was literally just established, and had $100 in the bank to receive a $2 billion grant—it doesn’t just fly in the face of common sense, it’s out and out fraud,” Turner said.
Power Forward Communities also brags that it partners with the Southern Economic Advancement Project and Fair Count, two groups created by Abrams.
And not surprisingly, it also partners with the American Federation of Teachers and the AFL-CIO, two Big Labor groups that almost exclusively back Democrats.
EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin called the discovery troubling.
“It’s extremely concerning that an organization that reported just $100 in revenue in 2023 was chosen to receive $2 billion,” Zeldin said. “That’s 20 million times the organization’s reported revenue.”
Zeldin and DOGE found $20 billion in an account at Citibank that the EPA had stashed from the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund.
Only a portion of the money has been distributed, and Zeldin vowed to get the rest back.
Joe Biden used the EPA to conceal money that he was moving to his political allies like Stacey Abrams.
There is no telling what else DOGE is going to find out.
