Nancy Pelosi faces one big regret after a top Republican spoke one brutal truth about Democrat woes

Pelosi turned red with rage as Congresswoman points the finger for Democrats' woes on weak leaderships' being out of touch, flailing on issues.

Nancy Pelosi has been a fixture in the Washington, D.C., Swamp for almost four decades.

But now she’s facing a painful reality in the twilight of her career.

And Nancy Pelosi faces one big regret after a top Republican spoke one brutal truth about Democrat woes.

House Republican says Democrats should lay blame for woes at their leaderships’ feet

Former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) stepped down from leadership after the 2022 Midterm Elections.

She passed the torch to her handpicked successor, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY).

But Pelosi confirmed she was still one of the biggest powerbrokers in the Democrat Party when she led the charge to force former President Joe Biden out of last year’s presidential race.

The 84-year-old has taken a step back this year as she recovers from a hip replacement she suffered during a fall on a trip to Europe.

Rumors have begun circulating in San Francisco that she won’t run for re-election next year.

During an appearance on Newsmax’s The Chris Salcedo Show, Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (R-NY) argued that Democrats are “flailing” because of a lack of leadership.

Tenney said Democrats continue to find themselves on the wrong side of public opinion on major issues.

She pointed to President Donald Trump’s address to a joint session of Congress, where she said Democrats confirmed that they don’t stand for “anyone or anything.”

“And it is confounding; why are the Democrats just doubling down on issues on the 20% side of 80-20 issues?” Tenney asked. “And they just can’t move off the mark. And they don’t have any leadership. I think that’s their real problem.”

Democrats are out of step with the American people on banning biological men from competing in women’s sports, deporting illegal aliens who’ve committed crimes, and eliminating government waste.

All three of those issues have the support of nearly 80% of the public.

Pelosi’s replacement isn’t cutting it

Tenney began her political career in the New York State Assembly, just like Jeffries.

She said that New York Democrats like him and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) are way out of touch with the country.

“And I’m going to tell you an insight as a New Yorker — look who the leaders are on their side of the aisle: They have Hakeem Jeffries. Where did he come from? The New York State Assembly. You have Chuck Schumer. Where did he come from? The New York State Assembly. I was in the New York State Assembly. I got to see exactly what it looks like. It looks like Marxism there,” Tenney explained.

The Democrat base has now become frustrated with Jeffries because they don’t think he’s doing enough to resist Trump.

He’s kept a relatively low profile in the media for being the top Democrat in the House.

“And this is the lack of leadership they brought to Washington. And look at the Democrats flailing; and they aren’t standing up for anything or anyone. And you saw that in the State of the Union address,” Tenney stated.

She said that the Democrat strategy of opposing everything Trump does was a losing one.

“They don’t want to help. They just want to resist. And where did it get them before? We have a second term of President Trump, thankfully,” Tenney concluded.

House Democrats are struggling to adjust to life without Nancy Pelosi as their leader, and it shows more and more every single day.
