Democrats spent five years telling America that election fraud was a myth invented by sore losers.
The RNC is going to the mat in 32 states to stop it.
And now RNC Chairman Joe Gruters just went on Fox News and said something you won't hear from any Republican who's still playing defense – and what he said next is exactly why Democrats are nervous.
RNC Voter Roll Lawsuits Are Already Removing Noncitizens From Your State
Gruters didn't mince words: "Democrats are trying to cheat every single day."
That's why the RNC has 130 active lawsuits running simultaneously across 32 states – more than double the 78 cases they ran in the entire 2024 cycle.
They're already winning.
In North Carolina, the RNC sued to force the State Board of Elections to cross-reference jury questionnaires against voter rolls – and won.
Non-citizens who had admitted under oath they weren't American citizens got removed, and anyone who had cast a ballot before that admission was referred to state investigators.
In Virginia, the RNC hauled Fairfax County into court after officials registered voters who wrote on their own forms: "I am a U.S. citizen living outside the country. I have never lived in the United States."
Michigan and Arizona face separate RNC lawsuits over election officials counting ballots from people who had never set foot in those states.
Gruters says the RNC has already deployed staff in 17 states – building the ground-level infrastructure to back up every lawsuit with poll watchers, legal observers, and rapid-response teams.
This isn't a legal strategy.
It's a nationwide cleanup operation.

Democrats Are Using the Filibuster to Block Voter ID and Proof of Citizenship
Trump made the SAVE America Act his number one legislative priority for a reason.
Show proof of citizenship to register, show a photo ID to vote, purge non-citizens from voter rolls every 30 days.
It passed the House in February along party lines and has 50 Republican votes in the Senate.
But Schumer – the same man who called the filibuster a "relic of the Jim Crow era" when Republicans used it to stop his agenda – is now using that same rule to kill election security.
Senator John Cornyn put it plainly: Democrats previously tried to use the filibuster to ban voter ID requirements, decriminalize ballot harvesting, and direct taxpayer dollars into their own campaigns.
Now they're using it to make sure non-citizens can keep registering to vote in your state.
Trump has called on the Senate to terminate the filibuster entirely.
Why the RNC Is Running 130 Lawsuits Instead of Waiting for the SAVE America Act
Democrats blocked the legislative solution.
So the RNC built the legal one – and it's working courthouse by courthouse.
North Carolina proved the model: sue, win, remove ineligible voters, refer fraudulent ballots to state investigators.
That model is now running in 32 states simultaneously, six months before midterm elections where control of both the Senate and the House hang in the balance.
Gruters is building on the infrastructure Laura Trump and Michael Whatley constructed in 2024 – the ground game that delivered Trump's second term – and he's deploying it earlier, in more states, with more lawsuits than any RNC chairman has run at once.
Democrats spent the Biden years opening the border and quietly expanding access to driver's licenses and state benefits in states they control – building the conditions for exactly the kind of voter roll contamination the RNC is now cleaning up.
The SAVE America Act would close this permanently in a single bill.
Until Schumer gets out of the way, 130 lawsuits is how America defends itself.
