HHS Data Just Connected the Alvarado Officer Shooting to a Pattern Democrats Refuse to Name

An Alvarado, Texas police officer took a bullet to the neck outside an ICE facility.

Nine Antifa members went to federal prison for it in March.

Now HHS has the data proving that shooting was never an isolated incident.

The HHS Gender Ideology Study the Left Tried to Bury

The Department of Health and Human Services commissioned researchers from Rutgers University and the Manhattan Institute to survey over 1,200 American adults.

They measured support for "gender ideology" – beliefs drawn straight from major medical groups' guidelines on transgender care.

Then they measured something else entirely.

Willingness to justify political violence.

The targets in the survey included killing Charlie Kirk, assassinating President Trump, burning down ICE buildings, and violence against police.

The results were not close.

Americans who strongly endorsed gender ideology showed significantly higher support for left-wing authoritarianism – a mindset the study links to suspicion of mainstream institutions and a willingness to police other people's beliefs by force if necessary.

Even after researchers controlled for political identity, gender ideology still independently predicted support for violence.

Researcher Colin Wright called it one of the study's most striking findings.

The Antifa ICE Pattern Behind the Alvarado Shooting

The left wants you to believe this is theoretical.

It isn't.

In July 2025, an Antifa cell dressed in tactical gear lured officers outside the ICE facility in Alvarado, Texas with fireworks – then opened fire.

The officer survived and was back on duty within weeks.

Ten days before Alvarado, a transgender Antifa militant in Portland tried to ignite an incendiary device at another ICE facility and threw a machete at federal officers.

In February 2024, a transgender Antifa terrorist detonated an explosive device outside Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall's office and left Antifa stickers at the scene.

The HHS study found correlations between gender ideology and support for violence ranging from 0.23 to 0.35.

Left-wing authoritarianism alone produced correlations between 0.47 and 0.54.

How Left-Wing Authoritarianism Got a Medical License

Here is the part the mainstream media will not print.

The researchers argue major medical organizations – the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Psychological Association, the American Psychiatric Association – did not just take clinical positions.

They built an ideological framework that names the enemy, manufactures urgency, and tells anyone already inclined toward force that violence is justified.

The study's own authors call gender ideology an "ideological accelerant" for people already primed to act.

Assistant Secretary for Health Admiral Brian Christine said the findings "warrant serious scientific scrutiny."

Kelley Robinson, president of the Human Rights Campaign, called the entire study a distraction from Democrat failures ahead of the midterms and accused researchers of trying to "sow hatred."

Robinson did not mention Alvarado.

She did not mention the machete in Portland or the bomb in Alabama.

What the Political Violence Data Means for Antifa's Domestic Terror Label

Trump already designated Antifa a domestic terrorist organization.

The HHS study hands his administration the scientific foundation to explain why radical gender ideology and left-wing violence keep showing up in the same headlines.

The medical establishment spent a decade dressing up a political movement in a white coat.

HHS just took the coat off, and Kelley Robinson is furious about it.

That reaction alone tells you the study hit something real.
