Country music has continued to be one of the most popular forms of entertainment for conservatives.
Fans were surprised with a brand new experience at a recent concert.
And a country star’s fans just received a special message from Donald Trump at this concert that had tears welling up.
Donald Trump and Jason Aldean team up to raise millions for hurricane victims
Former President Donald Trump boasts a close friendship with one of the biggest stars in country music, Jason Aldean.
Aldean was invited to sit with Trump during the Republican National Convention in July, and even received a shoutout from Trump during his speech at the event.
“And Jason, the biggest star in country music,” Trump started. “Jason, thank you for being here. Jason thank you very much. Jason Aldean, he’s good.”
“I like his wife even better by the way,” he joked. “She’s here.”
Aldean’s Highway Desperado tour featured it’s final show in his hometown of Macon, Georgia.
Joined by Georgia’s Lieutenant Governor Burt Jones (R), the two gave a check of over $7 million towards Samaritan’s Purse – a Christian-based relief charity run by Rev. Franklin Graham – in order to help the victims of Hurricane Helene.
The money was raised through a GoFunMe started by Donald Trump.
Aldean even contributed $500,000 of his own money towards the charitable cause.
“My wife is from Charlotte, North Carolina, and as we know, North Carolina got hammered pretty hard by this, so we also want to donate to the state of Georgia and Florida to Samaritan’s Purse as well,” Aldean explained. “Obviously, Georgia means a lot to us, Carolina means a lot to her and we’re gonna try our best to take care of them the best we can.”
Trump gives surprise appearance to concert audience

“I hope everyone is having an incredible time with the great Jason Aldean, a friend of mine and a real talent,” began former President Trump. “And you’re in beautiful Macon, I love Macon.”
“We took Macon by a lot, so I like it where I take it,” Trump added, while praising Aldean’s talent once more.
“I wish I could be there myself and listen to that incredible music, but Jason has really been a true American patriot,” he continued. “One of the greatest entertainers of our time. He’s a very special person with an incredible wife and family. “
“Every day his music inspires countless hardworking, God-fearing citizens all across our nation,” Trump shared. “You are the men and women who carry this country on your shoulders, and you are the heart and soul of America, and nobody’s going to say any different.”
Georgia is one of the most crucial swing states for this year’s Presidential election.
The crowd at a Jason Aldean concert, especially in Georgia, would be primarily full of pro-Trump voters.
“As you know, we are just one month away from the most important election in the history of our country, our economy, our border, our safety, our freedom, it’s all in trouble, it’s bad, and we’re going to change it around,” Trump promised. “So I just say, November 5, get out and vote”
“ You can vote early if you like, but the main thing is to vote,” Trump concluded. “We’re going to make America great again. You’re all going to be very happy.”
Donald Trump is putting together a creative new way to reach out to his supporters leading up to this highly anticipated election.
