Democrats can rely on MSNBC to push their left-wing narrative on the public.
But the collusion runs much deeper.
And a former MSNBC host told Joe Rogan one shocking secret about Hillary Clinton that put jaws on the floor.
From 2012 to 2015, Krystal Ball was one of the co-hosts of MSNBC’s The Cycle.
Today, Ball is the co-host of the popular Breaking Points podcast.
Even though Ball is a leftist, she doesn’t always toe the Democrat Party line.
And this got her in trouble when Hillary Clinton ran for President in 2015, as Ball recently told Joe Rogan a story about Hillary Clinton from her days at MSNBC.
“I did this whole thing that was like, ‘She sold out to Wall Street. People are gonna hate this lady. She’s like the terrible candidate for the moment. Please don’t run,’” Ball stated.
“I was allowed to say it,” Ball explained, adding that “I deliver my thing. I did it exactly how I wanted to do it.”
Since Clinton was the assumed Democrat nominee, Ball’s commentary criticizing her did not sit well with MSNBC President Phil Griffin.
Ball was informed after the show that any future commentary about Hillary Clinton must be pre-approved by Griffin.
“Afterwards, I get pulled into an office and you know, ‘Great monologue, everything’s fine. But next time you do any commentary on Hillary Clinton, it has to get approved by the President of the network,’” Ball stated.
Ball said that changed her approach to the election.
“Listen, I’m a human being,” Ball added. “I’m sure I responded to the incentives of that system, like, ‘God, I don’t want to get in trouble with the boss.’”
According to Ball, the way for cable news hosts to get on the air is by sticking to the narrative of the audience the network is trying to reach.
“That’s the way that it works [in cable news],” Ball continued. “Oftentimes, people [who work at the network] know where the boundaries are. They know what they’re allowed to say. So they don’t need that direct intervention of censorship.”
Democrats likely regret not listening to Ball.
In 2016, the electorate was fed up with the Swamp.
And voter outrage against the Washington, D.C. establishment is what helped propel Donald Trump to victory over Hillary Clinton.
