And now that the Biden administration has taken over, they are seeking to rejuvenate the Obama-era policies.
That’s because a former Obama official just leaked a major upcoming fight for the Democrats.
Eric Holder was one of the most insane leftists of the Obama White House.
The former Obama Attorney General is infamous for being behind the “Fast and Furious” gun smuggling schemes and turning a blind eye to the Obama IRS targeting conservatives for harassment.
But this time he’s back in the worst way leaking a potential upcoming fight that the Biden administration and the Democrats might pick up – packing the U.S. Supreme Court.
Making an appearance for a Brookings Institute presentation, Eric Holder said it would be “totally appropriate” for Biden to pack the High Court with new Justices.
“It is painfully clear Democrats and progressives are uncomfortable with the acquisition and use of power, while Republicans and conservatives never have been,” Holder began. “Our courts badly need reforms.”
He continued by claiming that Republicans have “abused their power” by simply filling vacancies on the bench.
“The Republicans have abused their power to give themselves an unfair advantage,” he said.
“It is necessary and totally appropriate to add seats.”
Eric Holder isn’t just any small time Democrat talking head.
In the past he’s been a major contributor to the direction of the Democrats’ next political moves.
It is entirely possible that Biden is hearing Eric Holder loud and clear.
And it would launch a mega-fight between the Democrats and the Republicans in Congress over the legality of Supreme Court packing.
