The Biden administration is surrounded by scandals.
But it’s about to get worse.
And a Joe Biden ally could face criminal charges over this smoking gun evidence produced by Jim Jordan.
After an FBI whistleblower recently came forward with documentation that Merrick Garland did not tell the truth when he testified to Congress that the FBI was not targeting parents who protested Critical Race Theory and mask mandates at school board meetings, Ohio Congressman Jim Jordan wrote a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland demanding answers.

They abused the FISA process.
And now they’re targeting parents. pic.twitter.com/187WwuDm2I

Timothy Langan, the Assistant Director for Counterterrorism at the FBI, penned an email on October 20, one day before Garland testified, announcing that the FBI was creating a new “EDUOFFICIALS” threat tag to create a catalogue of cases of parents pretesting at school board meetings.
“The purpose of the threat tag is to help scope this threat on a national level and provide an opportunity for comprehensive analysis of the threat picture for effective engagement with law enforcement partners at all levels,” Langan wrote.
Of course, Garland claimed there was nothing inappropriate when Senators drilled him on why he designated the National Security Division of the FBI to investigate parents at school board meetings.
But evidence provided by the whistleblower showed that the Biden administration and the FBI produced a database of American parents whom the Bureau could investigate, spy on and arrest if necessary.
Several Republicans believe Garland should resign for providing false testimony that the FBI wasn’t targeting parents, while others believe Garland committed perjury and should face criminal charges.
