A judge handed Donald Trump a bombshell vindication with one surprising revelation from the bench

Donald Trump is the only Presidential candidate in history who’s ever faced multiple federal and state trials while campaigning for the Presidency.

But he just got a small helping hand to overcome the odds and win from a Judge most wouldn’t have expected.

And Joe Biden’s strategy of relying on the justice system in order to secure re-election is backfiring after a judge just vindicated Donald Trump with this one bombshell revelation.

U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes just shredded a Department of Justice Attorney, James Gilligan, after the lawyer claimed that Tax Division attorneys were exempt from following Congressional Subpoenas related to the House GOP investigation of Hunter Biden.

Judge brings up J6 prisoner

Judge Reyes did not hold back when she slammed the DOJ for throwing Donald Trump’s advisor, Peter Navarro, in prison for failing to comply with January 6 Committee subpoenas.

She claimed that they could not do that while claiming at the same time that they are immune from the same kind of subpoenas in order to protect Hunter Biden.

“There’s a person in jail right now because you all brought a criminal lawsuit against him because he did not appear for a House subpoena,” snapped Judge Reyes. “And now you guys are flouting those subpoenas. […] And you don’t have to show up?”

“I think it’s quite rich you guys pursue criminal investigations and put people in jail for not showing up. You all are making a bunch of arguments that you would never accept from any other litigant,” concluded the angered Judge.

While the Judge’s response was certainly a cause for cheer, what made her blows even more deafening was the fact that she was appointed to the court by Joe Biden.

This is extremely unusual behavior for a Democrat Judge.

A Biden appointee

Normally, Democrats are sure to pick judicial nominees in a fashion that ensures their politicians are protected from any sense of legal accountability.

Reyes, however, mocked DOJ Attorney Gilligan, claiming that defense attorneys all over the country are jumping in joy knowing that the Justice Department believed that subpoenas are optional.

Judge Reyes said, “I imagine that there are hundreds, if not thousands of defense attorneys… who would be happy to hear that DOJ’s position is, if you don’t agree with a subpoena, if you believe it’s unconstitutional or unlawful, you can unilaterally not show up.”

Gilligan argued that DOJ lawyers didn’t have to show up for testimony as a result of an Office of Legal Counsel memo that suggested they didn’t have to appear if an agency lawyer wasn’t present.

Judge Reyes was clearly not buying the fluffed up defense by Gilligan.

“Last time I checked, the Office of Legal Counsel was not the court,” Reyes snapped back.

Reyes was certainly beginning to lose her patience once Gilligan then refused to commit to complying with the subpoenas if the House lifted their objection to the presence of DOJ lawyers sitting in during the interview.

“It would be a different situation. I cannot answer that now,” deflected Gilligan.

“Are you kidding me?” responded Judge Reyes.

A big part of the objections by House Republicans for the attendance of DOJ lawyers was a result of testimonies by IRS whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler, who explained in detail how the Justice Department had deeply interfered with the Hunter Biden investigation.

They explained that DOJ officials blocked the pursuit of leads that potentially could have implicated President Joe Biden, while prosecutors allowed the statute of limitations to expire.

This recalls the time when the U.S. Attorney who was running the investigation attempted to organize a sweetheart plea deal for Hunter Biden that would have kept him out of jail.

Today, the Justice Department is trying to shut down a completely legal Congressional investigation into Hunter Biden.

And as if to add to the irony of it all, a Democrat judge is starting to completely lose her patience.
