Billionaire George Soros is one of the top financiers of the radical Left.
Over the years he’s poured billions of dollars into far left organizations and groups in an effort to mold America into his globalist vision for the world.
But a judge just issued a ruling that could ruin George Soros’ pro-BLM plan for America.
From open borders to amnesty for illegal aliens, abortion-on-demand, gun control and socialized medicine, George Soros is deeply involved in virtually every left-wing movement in America.
In fact, George Soros and his foundation poured over $220 million into the Black Lives Matter Movement just in the year 2020 alone.
And one way George Soros is trying to remake America into his globalist vision is by bankrolling the campaigns of radical far-left politicians all the way down the ballot who will push his anti-police, anti-law and order agenda into reality.
For example, Soros spent $2.2 million to help Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon unseat former District Attorney Jackie Lacey in 2020.
Even though Lacey was the first black woman to ever hold the position of District Attorney in Los Angeles, she wasn’t liberal enough for Soros and the Black Lives Matter radicals.
But George Glascon is wasting no time doing Soros’ bidding, moving full speed ahead with his radical “criminal justice reform” policies, such as ending cash bail, a prohibition against prosecutors seeking the death penalty, an end to sentence enhancements for most aggravating circumstances, and a refusal to prosecute the state’s “three strikes law.”
However, Judge James Chalfant just stepped in and blocked some of Glascon’s radical proposals by issuing a preliminary injunction barring his refusal to prosecute California’s Three Strikes law, along with restricting Glascon from dismissing special circumstance allegations without legal grounds.
“The District Attorney’s disregard of the Three Strikes law ‘plead and prove’ requirement is unlawful, as is requiring deputy DA’s to seek dismissal of pending sentencing enhancements without a lawful basis,” the judge wrote in his harsh ruling blasting Glascon’s extreme actions.
Of course, this isn’t the only time a Judge stepped in to overrule a Soros puppet.
A circuit Judge found St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner, who was bankrolled by George Soros during her campaign, unable to be impartial in the case against Mark and Patricia McCloskey, the couple who were forced to defend their home with weapons in the face of a BLM mob.
