A New York medical examiner just got brutally exposed in Daniel Penny’s case

The medical examiner is now dealing with a massive controversy over using her position to speak out in the case without any sense of objectivity.

The Left refuses to accept the fact that justice is supposed to be blind.

Those who have found themselves dialed in the scopes of ambitious Democrats can attest to this fact.

And a New York medical examiner just got brutally exposed in Daniel Penny’s case.

Daniel Penny sued for defending women and children

In 2023, Daniel Penny caught national headlines when he stepped up in the most heroic fashion.

A homeless black man, Jordan Neely, had hopped on a New York train where witnesses say he broke out into a drug-fueled verbal rampage, threatening to kill passengers – including multiple women and children.

One passenger, U.S. Marine Corps veteran Daniel Penny, intervened during the horrifying event to subdue the potential attacker with a chokehold until passengers could safely get off the train.

Later, Neely ultimately died while at the hospital.

Initial reactions to the terrifying situation were that of praise and thanks to Penny, who heroically defended the vulnerable passengers, and prevented something terrible from happening.

But the corporate media teamed up with the Manhattan District Attorney’s office to drag Penny through the mud, which ultimately resulted in manslaughter charges being brought against him.

Making matters worse for the veteran was the fact that the medical examiner in the case has chimed in to accuse Penny of causing the death of Neely, and it appears that her decision to do so was politically motivated.

Medical examiner discovered to be an avid donor for Democrats

Dr. Cynthia Harris, the medical examiner in Penny’s case, was the final witness called to the stand by the prosecution before the case against the veteran concluded.

According to records from the Federal Election Commission, Dr. Harris had donated $6,600 to Vice President Kamala Harris in her failed bid to become President.

The contribution was made in two installments over the summer, totaling $3,300 each time.

She had also shelled out some money to ActBlue, a Democrat crowdfunding service.

It is no secret that Dr. Harris was well versed in Democrat politics, which has become a highlighted part of the self-defense trial which has become a national focus, driving opinions on either side apart along ideological standpoints.

But the real controversy behind the medical examiner is not completely based on who she has given money to as much as it is her lack of objectivity that followed throughout the trial.

Medical examiner admits to disregarding medical training in her decision

According to reporters at NBC News attending the trial, Dr. Harris testified before the judge in the case that “no toxicological result imaginable was going to change my opinion.”

Harris admitted that her opinion that Penny had killed Neely was entirely based on a video clip that went viral showing Penny subduing Neely.

“After watching it, I had no further questions as to why he was dead,” claimed Harris.

At first, Harris listed the cause of death on Neely’s death certificate as “inconclusive,” but quickly amended the report to claim that Neely died from asphyxiation once the story hit national headlines – before she had even seen Neely’s toxicology report.

The toxicology report ultimately revealed that Neely was riddled with a slew of illegal drugs in his system at the time of his death.

Neely had, also, a long history of drug abuse, which reportedly resulted in the homeless man dealing with rampant paranoia and engaging in violent outbursts.

Harris disregarded the report, however, and had refused to wait for any other test results that could shine a light on what truly happened with Neely, including genetic testing that would explain the state of Neely’s heart and spleen.

Prosecutors pushed this strategy forward, claiming anyways that the actions taken by Penny were “unnecessarily reckless,” even if his intentions were “laudable” in the situation.

They also claimed that Penny “went too far” when he restrained Neely for six minutes, which they alleged to have caused Neely’s death.

The case has become a central focus of national debate, and headlines continue to push the idea that Penny may have been racially motivated to shut down the dangerous, drug-fueled rampage.
