DOJ requested to investigate Biden staffers for taking advantage of his incapacitation
The fake news media’s attempt at hiding former President Joe Biden’s cognitive collapse has completely disintegrated since the November 2024 election.
The Wall Street Journal covered a groundbreaking story about how Biden staffers were actually calling the shots at the White House since the day he took office – and pushed the cover-up.
Even The New York Times was forced to admit that Biden was not mentally present during the final few months of his tenure.
At the end of the day, nobody has been able to find out who was truly running the White House and making top-level decisions during the Biden administration.
These questions have raised major red flags over some of the more controversial decisions that came from the White House, particularly towards the end of his term.
Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey sent a request to the Department of Justice (DOJ) to open a probe into Biden’s White House to determine if his staff actually took advantage of his cognitive decline to enact controversial pardons during his final moments in the Oval Office.
Bailey argued that if Biden was not the one making the actual decisions, his last-minute pardons and commutations would turn out to be “legally void.”
“By now, Biden’s mental decline is famous,” Bailey wrote to DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz. “Under the 25th Amendment, his inability to make decisions should have meant a succession of power.”
“Instead, it appears staffers and officers in the Biden administration may have exploited Biden’s incapacity so they could issue orders without an accountable President of sound mind approving them,” he continued in his letter.
“If true, these executive orders, pardons, and all other actions are unconstitutional and legally void,” established the Missouri Attorney General.
Biden shatters records with number of last minute pardons
Bailey noted that his interest to get to the bottom of this scandal was because several of the criminals pardoned or had their sentences commuted by the Biden White House had committed their crimes in Missouri.
He explained that there were “profound reasons to suspect that Biden’s staff and political allies exploited his mental decline.”
This concern has grown significantly in concerned circles following Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-LA) explaining in an interview with the Free Press that Biden declined any knowledge of his executive order banning natural gas exports.
During his final moments in office, Biden issued pardons to his son Hunter Biden, as well as preemptive pardons to Dr. Anthony Fauci, those who partook in the January 6 Committee political persecutions, and several other members of his family.
Biden, then, signed off on sentence commutations for around 2,500 criminals, claiming that they had all committed “non-violent” drug crimes.
This claim was debunked, however, particularly once it was discovered that one of those criminals that Biden commuted the sentence of had slaughtered his mother and an 8-year-old child.
In the Wall Street Journal’s bombshell coverage of the events surrounding this decision, they discovered an internal email that showed Biden completely disregarded pleas by his own Justice Department to not commute sentences of some of these despicable criminals.
“Who has been running the country for the last few years?” slammed Bailey in his letter. “I fear that Mr. Biden, while he held the office of President, did so in name only and was a mere puppet for far-left, unelected staffers.”
“The people deserve to know the truth,” he demanded.
With Joe Biden finally far from the reins of power, the media is finally admitting that Joe Biden had completely disappeared mentally during his administration.
But to this day, nobody knows who was actually calling the shots during his failed Presidency.
