Title 42, which was the last remaining successful Trump border policy in place, simply allowed the Border Patrol to swiftly deport illegal aliens to protect the country during the pandemic.
With Title 42 gone, the situation is expected to turn into a full-blown humanitarian crisis, as predicted by Republican Senator Bill Hagerty during a recent interview with Fox News.
“On May the 23rd, President Biden basically sent an open invitation. There’s going to be a tidal wave of human immigration coming across the border,” Hagerty remarked.
“I’m certain that the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) and the cartels are ramping up drug production to all-time high levels. They’re killing our kids here in America. They’re moving these people all over the United States and they’re turning every town into a border town in the process,” he added.
Fentanyl, which is made in China and smuggled into the country through Mexico, is now allegedly the leading cause of death for Americans between ages 18 and 45.
“The capacity right now at the border is processing 5,000 people a day. They’re already at 7-8,000, which means they’re pulling frontline Border Patrol officers off the line, bringing them back, doing administrative duties. So, already, the border is getting more and more porous, opening up more and more holes to push…high-value, very dangerous individuals, as well as more drugs.”
“These are multibillion-dollar cartels, again, they work in partnership with the Chinese Communist Party and the gangs there to bring fentanyl across the border, that’s their business is the drug trade,” he concluded.
During the past 12 months, deaths from fentanyl have skyrocketed to more than 100,000.
Cartels are flooding the country with fentanyl and other deadly synthetic opioids as a result of the wide-open border.
Of course, Biden couldn’t care less about the incredible misery and suffering he’s inflicting on the country, as his fanatical commitment to open borders will cost untold numbers of American lives.
And now the fentanyl crisis could become the biggest Biden tragedy yet once Title 42 expires.
