Since the moment he first stepped foot in the White House Communist China has been walking all over Joe Biden.
The spy balloon fiasco was just the latest bit of evidence.
And now a Washington Post columnist Josh Rogin put jaws on the floor after he exposed Joe Biden’s terrifying plan with Communist China.
Josh Rogin is one of the few in today’s so-called “mainstream” media who is willing to question the Biden regime’s approach to Communist China.
During a recent appearance on CNN, host Jim Sciutto asked Rogin for his thoughts on President Joe Biden’s handling of the Communist Chinese spy balloon he allowed to traverse across the entirety of the United States before shooting it down over the Atlantic Ocean.
And the Washington Post columnist didn’t hold back or mince words.
Rogin explained that the Biden regime’s public response to the Communist Chinese spy balloon – namely the absurd claim that Chinese President Xi Jingping knew nothing of it – indicated that they were attempting to downplay the entire fiasco in order to continue their strategy of appeasement.
“Well, it’s very clear, Jim, that the Biden administration is working hard to downplay this incident because they want to resume their previously pursued path of warming U.S.-China relations and they want to get the visit back on track and they want to minimize the impact of this crisis, but their statements deserve some scrutiny,” Rogin noted. “For example, how can they say that Xi Jinping may have known? The other way to say that is that he may have not known. Or, in other words, they don’t know.”
“And, in the end, it doesn’t matter, because he’s responsible for what his military does,” he added.
Furthermore, the Washington Post columnist pointed out that the Biden regime narrative that Communist China’s spy balloon didn’t gather any intel of substance strains credulity, as they can’t possibly know that to be true when the balloon’s electronics are on the ocean floor.
“And the second thing that I find a little bit troubling with the Biden administration’s message on this frankly is the message that, ‘oh, we’re pretty sure they didn’t get anything good’. . . most of the thing is still at the bottom of the ocean,” Rogin said. “So, how can they say that?”
“And the third thing that I think is really a little problematic — and this is where they’re getting a lot of flack on the Hill — is that they say they waited ten days to shoot it down so they could aid recovery efforts,” he continued. “Well, again, the thing’s at the bottom of the ocean, most of it. They got the nylon, but not the electronics.”
Obviously, Rogin’s assessment appears to be spot on.
Throughout the 2020 election, then-candidate Biden made clear that he wanted to appease China, as the Communist regime’s cooperation is central to Democrats’ Green New Deal radical left-wing environmental scheme.
But now, even Washington Post columnists are calling out the fact that Joe Biden is pushing lies just to keep Communist China happy.
And that has undoubtedly put the nation’s security in even further jeopardy.
