Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez likes to pretend she’s a socialist pushing for nothing more than “the greater good.”
But there’s a massive conflict of interest she’s been hiding.

Fox News’ Tucker Carlson recently brought Daily Caller investigative reporter Gabe Kaminsky onto his program to discuss the incredible conflict of interest at play as Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a Democrat from New York, demands the Biden administration that all student loan debt be forgiven.
Ocasio-Cortez and her fellow radical leftists in the US House of Representatives have been among the loudest voices calling for Joe Biden to magically get rid of the $1.6 trillion in student debt owed in America.
Well, it turns out Ocasio-Cortez and other House Democrats would directly benefit from that move since they collectively owe as much as $1.5 million in student debt.
“There’s more than a dozen Democratic members of Congress, according to a Daily Caller News Foundation review of financial disclosures, who not only owe up to $1.5 million in student loan debt or have reported that amount for themselves, or a spouse, or a child, but have supported federal student loan cancellation,” Kaminsky explained.
Ocasio-Cortez owes $50,000 in student debt herself — a fact she didn’t bother to disclose when pushing for the student loan bailouts.
“Regardless, it’s absolutely something that the American people should be aware of, and I think that whether or not they support this policy because of their own student loans, you know, it’s inherently sort of arguably a conflict of interest and it’s something that people should know about,” Kaminsky stated.
Carlson was shocked and asked how AOC and Friends could justify pushing for policies that would be a financial book to just 38% of Americans while everyone else is forced to pick up the slack.
“I think a very reasonable question is how do they stand to benefit from this?” Kaminsky added. “As you pointed out, most Americans do not go to college and, as you pointed out, why should they necessarily foot the bill for elites sitting up in Capitol Hill?”
If President Biden were to go ahead with even more student debt forgiveness—as Vice President Kamala Harris is constantly harassing him to do—it will be like throwing fuel on the current inflation crisis.
That means prices will continue to drastically climb for everyone including those who didn’t go to college and Americans who paid off their student loan debt already or worked their way through college without taking on debt.
All things considered, the push for debt forgiveness appears to be a purely self-serving policy for Democrats like Ocasio-Cortez—and one that will hurt most of their constituents in the long run.
