The Deep State has already begun pulling out every trick in their sleeve less than a couple weeks into October.

Alina Habba predicts election interference by Biden-Harris Justice Department
Anti-Trump Judge Tanya Chutkan did not hesitate to make Jack Smith’s 165-brief – which argues why he thinks the Supreme Court ruling on Presidential immunity did not cover his bogus January 6 case – public.
Since the timeline cannot allow him to ram through his show trial prior to the election, Chutkan elected to make the brief public to, essentially, allow Smith to try his case before the press.
This would allow Smith and the press to slam Trump repeatedly over suggested evidence without allowing Trump to defend himself, or challenge the evidence.
Trump lawyer Alina Habba recently appeared on Jesse Watters’ Fox News show, where she raised a damning red flag.
Without holding back in the slightest, she slammed the Biden-Harris administration for weaponizing the Justice Department as a political tool to interfere with the election.
“Okay. So let me just be very clear on this,” started Habba. “The Department of Justice has been complicit and we’ve said this numerous times, but America, pay attention!”
Chutkan signed off on the release of the brief for October 2 since that was about 33 days away from Election Day.
Habba explained to viewers that this was just the beginning, and that they should brace themselves for an onslaught of more lawfare against former President Donald Trump.
“We have 30 plus days now until an election. We are going to be hit with an onslaught of fake news!” she warned. “We’re going to be hit with an onslaught of litigation!”
Habba noted to Watters that the other court cases against Donald Trump had completely fallen apart, and Chutkan teamed up with Smith to launch this last minute attack because it was the final case against Trump left standing.
“That’s what they do. And we have to understand one thing. This is called desperation. It’s very simple. Look it up and in Merriam Webster’s desperation, that is what you’re seeing from Jack Smith, who has failed numerous times, failed in Florida until from the debate,” concluded Habba.
Chutkan and Smith’s plan to compromise the jury pool
Legal analyst at Fox News, Andrew McCarthy, agreed with Habba.
He argued that the only reason the document would be made public would be to intentionally influence the outcome of the election.
McCarthy did not even stop short of arguing that publicizing this document outside of the courtroom would not just prevent Trump’s team from the opportunity to defend the former President, but would actually “poison the jury pool” by allowing every single person to see an unvarnished case by the prosecution.
“In fact, in most cases, a judge would be concerned about, for example, poisoning or prejudicing against the defendant a jury pool,” explained McCarthy.
“In most cases a judge would be very concerned that evidence not be broadcast in public without the usual due process cautions that go on in a trial that the defendant be presumed innocent, the fact that allegations are not evidence of anything,” he added.
But McCarthy did explain to viewers that the rule of law held no weight whatsoever in Chutkan and Smith’s decision making process.
“The point of releasing this now can only be to affect the election,” concluded McCarthy. “There is no legal need for it.”
The only thing that matters to Judge Chutkan and Jack Smith is preventing Donald Trump from winning the election – by convicting him unfairly in the court of public opinion.
