Alina Habba just tipped Trey Gowdy off to this coming massive Supreme Court battle

The top Trump counselor issued a stark warning for Americans to prepare.

White House Senior Counselor Alina Habba has fought in the trenches aside Donald Trump against the Left’s lawfare.

The Democrats aren’t showing any signs of changing their tactics.

And Alina Habba just tipped Trey Gowdy off to this coming massive Supreme Court battle.

Alina Habba tells Trey Gowdy there’s no time to waste, even if legal challenges loom

Donald Trump has established a new standard for how a President should take office and begin immediately enacting his agenda.

Every day we see President Trump signing new executive orders that put into action the agenda the American people ratified in the November election.

For example, mass deportations are now underway.

Trump has ended birthright citizenship for illegal aliens, DEI in the federal government, and taxpayer funding of the chemical castration of children as well as transgender surgeries for minors.

But the Left isn’t just rolling over and taking Trump’s strong actions lying down.

Leftist lawyers are filing lawsuit after lawsuit in the hopes of further weaponizing the courts into trying to slow down or stop Trump’s momentum.

Alina Habba recently appeared on Trey Gowdy’s Sunday Night Fox News program to deliver an important update to the show’s viewers about the President’s agenda.

Habba told Gowdy that the administration fully expected a slew of legal challenges to the President’s executive orders, but that the White House Counsel’s Office was already prepared to fight all the way to the Supreme Court.

“So here’s the story, we have no time to waste, and I think President Trump’s made that very clear. So he’s putting in all these executive orders to move things along for this great nation that’s been declining for four years. Obviously, what happens is there will be challenges. We will probably end up in SCOTUS on some of these things,” Habba stated.

Looming High Court showdown

The executive order ending birthright citizenship for illegal aliens’ progeny is sure to end up before the Supreme Court.

“We’ve seen that with the birthright issue, but President Trump is firm, and all of the White House Counsel and all the parties that are a part of these executive orders vet every decision we are making so that we can make sure they’re sound in the Constitution so that we can make sure that America gets results and gets them quickly,” Habba added.

Birthright citizenship was written into the Constitution following the end of the Civil War to protect newly freed slaves.

But the mistaken belief that the 14th Amendment grants automatic citizenship to babies born to illegal aliens is a modern invention.

Surprisingly, the Supreme Court has never litigated this matter.

And birthright citizenship for illegal aliens’ offspring is an issue that deserves its day in court.

Donald Trump forced an issue that was a long time coming with his common-sense executive order.

The question now is whether there will be five Justices on the Supreme Court who will uphold President Trump’s executive order.

But even if Trump loses, Congress can still change the law.

And should the High Court rule against him, the margin of defeat and the rationale put forward in the dissent could define the parameters of any fight in Congress to end birthright citizenship for babies born to illegal aliens.

Donald Trump is ready and willing to fight, and the Democrats are in for a very long four years.
