Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats are scheming to remove Trump from office before the end of his term on January 20.
Pelosi recently demanded Mike Pence invoke the 25th Amendment to forcefully remove Trump from office.
And all hell broke loose after Mike Pence gave Nancy Pelosi one answer she did not want to hear.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-NY) had given Vice President Mike Pence 24 hours to invoke the 25th Amendment before the House voted to impeach President Trump.
And after reports surfaced that President Trump was angry with Mike Pence after he refused to reject what Trump believed were fraudulent slates of electors, the pressure was on Pence to decide whether he would stick by Trump’s side or give in to the Washington, D.C. Swamp.
But Pence refused to heed Pelosi’s demand, sending her a letter flat-out saying he would not invoke the 25th Amendment no matter how much she tried to threaten and intimidate him.
“I do not believe such a course of action is in the best interest of our Nation or consistent with the Constitution,” Pence fired off in a statement to Pelosi.
However, in telling Nancy Pelosi he wouldn’t cave in to her pressure, Mike Pence did make an underhanded shot at President Trump, adding that “Last week, I did not yield to pressure to exert beyond my constitutional authority to determine the outcome of the election, and I will not now yield to efforts in the House of Representatives to play political games at a time so serious in the life of our nation.”
Pence then went on to encourage Pelosi and her pals to stop with their impeachment witch hunts because it only further divides our already-torn nation.
“I urge you and every member of Congress to avoid actions that would further divide and inflame passions of the moment,” Vice President Pence added. “Work with us to lower the temperature and unite our country as we prepare to inaugurate President-elect Joe Biden as the next President of the United States. I pledge to you that I will continue to do my part to work in good faith with the incoming administration to ensure an orderly transition of power. So help me God.” concluded Pence.
