The District Attorney for Manhattan, Alvin Bragg, was just forced to make this shocking admission in court that has changed the game for November 2024.

Just recently, Bragg filed a surprising motion in court before the Democrat Judge Juan Merchan.

Bragg told the judge, who is a donor of Joe Biden’s, that he is not opposed to a 30-day delay for his trial against Donald Trump which was expected to start early next week.

Donald Trump’s legal team filed a request for a 90-day delay after the prosecutors from the Southern District of New York finally released 30,000 pages of documents that were requested by Trump’s lawyers.

In order to give both sides an opportunity to review all of the documents before the trial, Bragg did not protest against a delay.

“The Manhattan district attorney’s office, which accused Mr. Trump of covering up a sex scandal during and after the 2016 presidential campaign, said the delay would give Mr. Trump’s lawyers time to review a new batch of records,” reported the New York Times.

“The office sought the records more than a year ago, but only recently received them from federal prosecutors, who years ago investigated the hush-money payments at the center of the case,” continued the report.

“In response to the new records – tens of thousands of pages of them – Mr. Trump’s lawyers requested that the trial be delayed 90 days. Although the former president frequently requests such delays, prosecutors consenting to any postponement makes one far more likely,” continued the Times.

POLITICO noted that the documents in question are stock full of information that Trump’s team requested “more than a year ago” in which the Southern District of New York “previously declined to provide.”

Also included in the documents is information – roughly 172 pages of witness statements – relevant to Bragg’s case against Trump.

Bragg conceded to the fact that it will take some time for both sides to review all 31,000 ages which were just delivered last week.

The case being made by Bragg is that Donald Trump falsely marked a non-disclosure agreement settlement as “legal services” back in October of 2016.

Bragg is desperately hoping to hit Trump for attempting to cover up an an illegal campaign contribution, which involved Trump’s since disgraced former lawyer Michael Cohen.

This is clearly a move of desperation because both the Department of Justice, as well as the Federal Election Commission, investigated this situation, only to ultimately establish that no campaign finance violation took place.

Over the last past year, Trump’s legal defense team kept working to obtain the documents, including all 172 pages of the witness statements, in order to hold up their claim that Bragg was just manufacturing crimes when nothing was there.

The weaponization of the judicial system against Donald Trump is beginning to backfire.

It has become clear as day that Democrats are just desperately trying to eliminate their political opponents by sending Trump and anyone connected to him to jail.

Judge Merchan will also be presiding over the trial against Steve Bannon in May over the “Build the Wall” campaign.

The Democrat judge is only allowed to hear one case at a time.

Because of this, delays of Trump’s trial will automatically force his trial to be pushed to after Bannon’s is completed.

This summer, Judge Aileen Cannon could potentially add the Mar-a-Lago case to the schedule.

Considering the quantity of pre-trial motions on the docket, however, it seems extremely unlikely, even nearly impossible, for that case to take place before election day this year.

As long as the case sits on the schedule, none of the other trials will be able to move forward

The Left is now furious, knowing that their one case led by Bragg was the only chance to put Trump on the stand before the election.

“I think there’s now for the first time a real question about whether this case gets tried before the November election,” noted Elie Honig, a legal analyst for CNN.
