While he was stumbling around verbally, he even credited his wife, Jill, with serving as Vice President when Barack Obama was in office.
“I’m deeply proud of the work she is doing as First Lady with ‘Joining Forces’ initiative she started with Michelle Obama when she was Vice President and now carries on,” Biden said.
It’s one more stunning illustration that the current leader of the free world has indeed lost his mind.
Of course, this isn’t a mere slip of the tongue, but rather part of a pattern of cognitive failure.
Biden has called Kamala Harris the President numerous times, thought his wife was his sister, and forgot the name of his Secretary of Defense — as well as the name of the Pentagon.
It’s a terrifying situation considering that the man is supposed to be our commander-in-chief.
Ironically, even though he can’t remember who is in charge of his war department, he still seems to be capable of starting WWIII.
During a recent trip to Europe, he said he would deploy troops to Ukraine, called for regime change in nuclear- powered Russia, and declared that the US would attack Russia with chemical weapons.
His administration tries to shrug each stumble off as a gaffe, but they are about as serious as a heart attack.
The 79-year-old is obviously dealing with severe cognitive impairment.
Recently, Texas Congressman Dr. Ronny Jackson called him out on it.
Dr. Jackson was the White House physician for Barack Obama and Donald Trump.
That meant Jackson had a front row seat during Biden’s tenure as Vice President.
And the change he’s seeing now as Biden bumbles through every press conference is enough to prompt Jackson to call for Biden’s immediate resignation.
“Biden isn’t running the country,” Jackson wrote in a tweet. “He’s lost and confused. He’s TOTALLY out of the loop, and when he opens his mouth he’s constantly ‘corrected’ by his staff. He needs to RESIGN. We deserve a cognitively capable President!”
The stakes are higher than ever before since Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine has pushed the world closer to nuclear war than any time since the Cuban Missile Crisis.
America certainly can’t afford to have a senile president.
With every indication the cold war from decades ago could suddenly become hot, this is the absolute worst time to have the nation led by a man who appears to be rapidly declining due to dementia.
