Joe Biden’s Presidency has been one disaster after another.
Democrats can’t afford to have their failures in the spotlight ahead of the November elections.
So Biden and the Democrats are fuming after this move by officials in a 2022 must-win state for Democrats.

And now record-breaking numbers of illegal aliens are flooding across the border, bringing deadly drugs like fentanyl with them.
Of all the states, none has suffered more from Biden’s border crisis than Arizona.
After Biden’s Secretary at the Department of Homeland Security recently admitted to Border Patrol agents in Arizona that the situation is the worst it’s ever been, Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich made a game-changing announcement.
In a legal opinion, Brnovich wrote that Biden’s border crisis meets the definition of an invasion under the U.S. Constitution as an invasion isn’t limited to foreign countries, but can also include “hostile non-state actors” like cartels.
“No State should be put in the position that Arizona and other border states have been put in through the federal government’s recent actions,” Brnovich began.
“The violence and lawlessness at the border caused by transnational cartels and gangs satisfies the definition of an ‘invasion’ under the U.S. Constitution, and Arizona therefore has the power to defend itself from this invasion under the Governor’s authority as Commander-in-Chief,” Brnovich continued.
“The on-the-ground violence and lawlessness at Arizona’s border caused by cartels and gangs is extensive, well-documented, and persistent. It can satisfy the definition of “actually invaded” and “invasion” under the U.S. Constitution,” he added.
Brnovich’s legal opinion gives Arizona Governor, Republican Doug Ducey, the ability to authorize the state’s police and National Guard to deport illegal aliens back to their home countries.
Of course, Governor Ducey previously used the Guard for border security.
However, illegal aliens aren’t deported. Instead, they are turned over to federal agents.
It’s yet to be seen whether or not Ducey will act on Brnovich’s ruling.
But this is another example of how Biden’s failures at the border are forcing states to fend for themselves on the issue.
But with Arizona a must-win state for Democrats in the midterms, the last thing they want ahead of November is Republicans showing citizens they can defend citizens when they’re in power.
