Border Patrol revealed a shocking message to Donald Trump that had him doing this happy dance

Border Patrol agents sidelined under the Biden administration are taking their revenge as morale soars as illegal crossings drop sharply and agents relish getting back to enforcement.

Since Donald Trump was sworn-in as President for a second time, Americans have seen rapid governmental changes, especially when it comes to ending Democrats’ open borders agenda.

But as it turns out, things were changing before he even took office.

And now the Border Patrol has revealed this shocking message to Donald Trump that had him doing this happy dance.

The good news of Biden’s final days

Former President Joe Biden oversaw the implementation of the most extreme aspects of the Democrats’ open borders agenda throughout his lone term in office.

The results couldn’t possibly be more clear as estimates indicate that tens of millions of unvetted illegal aliens – many of whom were forced to flee their countries for being the ultimate menaces to society – causing massive increases in crime, while also driving up unemployment and poverty rates amongst American citizens, and helping to further exacerbate the sky-high inflation that has driven the cost of living for working-class Americans through the roof.

Of course, that reality, coupled with Democrats’ total disconnect from said reality, ultimately helped pave the way for President Donald Trump’s historic election victory back in November.

As such, everyone – outside of Democrats and their media allies, apparently – knew full well that when Trump took office, he’d begin cleaning up their mess by securing the border and empowering Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents to do their jobs by quickly deporting criminal illegal aliens.

But what few expected was the effect the mere threat of Trump’s border security policies would have on illegal immigration in the final days of the Biden regime.

A source within the Border Patrol told The New York Post that in the days leading up to Trump’s Inauguration last week, illegal alien activity at the southern border was “very slow” compared to the average day over the previous four years under Biden.

The Post noted that Border Patrol agents on the ground resented the fact that the Biden regime had effectively turned them into social workers rather than allowing them to do their jobs, and spent the final days of the Biden regime simply “waiting for the go-ahead to return to what our job is, which is protecting U.S. citizens from bad people.”

One Border Patrol agent even went so far as to say that the agency has gotten its “mojo back” since Trump won the Presidency and illegal alien activity at the border began dying down.

The beginning of the end of a long national nightmare

To illustrate the rapid decline of illegal alien activity since Trump’s victory, The New York Post also noted that the El Paso sector of the U.S.-Mexico border has seen a nearly 50% decline in illegal alien encounters since Election Day.

While agents typically encountered an average of 1,500 illegal aliens per day in the area during the bulk of the Biden regime, the weeks after Trump’s victory saw an average of just 800 illegal alien encounters per day.

Of course, much of the illegal alien activity at the southern border has been relegated further west since Texas Republican Governor Greg Abbott launched Operation Lone Star in 2021 in order to secure Texas’ border with Mexico in spite of the Biden regime’s open borders efforts.

Nevertheless, reports indicate that the San Diego sector of the southern border went from averaging 2,000 illegal alien encounters per day to just 1,000 in the weeks after Trump’s victory.

National Border Patrol Council (NBPC) official Manny Bayon told The Post that one change that’s helped lower illegal alien encounters at the border is the fact that Mexico suddenly “improved [its] military presence and checkpoints” in anticipation of Trump’s swearing-in.

But most importantly, NBPC President Paul Perez said that if nothing else, Trump’s victory has sent Border Patrol agents’ morale “through the roof.”

“We’ve received hundreds of calls, texts, emails, just saying how happy the agents are,” Perez explained. “There are a lot of agents that had originally said that they would retire if President Trump did not win. And now those same agents are saying they’re going to hold back on their retirement because they want to serve under this administration again because they know exactly how it was during this first administration, and they know this one’s going to be even better.”

With Donald Trump back in office, Border Patrol agents are once again being allowed to actually do their jobs and enforce the law.

And America will undoubtedly be a safer, more prosperous nation because of it.
