Chick-fil-A isn’t slowing down in its fight to claim the best chicken sandwich in all of fast food.
The Christian company is currently back in the lab working to create a unique twist on their classic chicken sandwich.
Now chicken fans are celebrating after Chick-fil-A announced they are testing a new sandwich.
Chick-fil-A is known for its strong Christian faith, having impeccably good service, and for having one of the most popular sandwiches in fast food.
Unfortunately, Joe Biden’s failing economy has hurt Chick-fil-A just as it has other fast-food establishments.
So, the Christian chicken chain has gotten increasingly creative by releasing some unique twists on its iconic chicken sandwich.
Among those new sandwiches are the Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich and the Maple Pepper Bacon Sandwich.
But now the chicken restaurant has gone back to the kitchen to cook up a new take on an old favorite.
Chick-fil-A chefs testing new line of pretzel bun chicken sandwiches
Chick-fil-A chefs have created a Pretzel Cheddar Club Chicken Sandwich and are currently testing it in the Raleigh, North Carolina area for a limited time.
If these new sandwiches are a success in the testing phase, the chain plans to roll them out at locations nationwide.
In addition to the chicken, the Pretzel Cheddar Club Sandwich features a buttery toasted cross-cut pretzel bun with green leaf lettuce, sliced tomato, soft seasoned cheddar cheese, and strips of applewood smoked bacon.
A side of Creamy Dijon Mustard Sauce is included with every sandwich.
Chick-fil-A lovers will have their choice of a classic boneless breaded chicken patty, grilled chicken, or spicy filet on the sandwich.
Testing of the sandwich will continue through May 25 after which the beloved chicken chain will make a final decision on the sandwich’s future based on diner feedback from the test.
Chick-fil-A also debuting new seasonal drinks
But the new sandwich is not the only change at Chick-fil-A.
To celebrate the start of spring, Chick-fil-A is introducing four new Cherry Berry drinks for its thirsty customers.
Cherry Berry Sunjoy, Cherry Berry Lemonade, Cherry Berry Iced Tea, and Cherry Berry Frosted Lemonade will be limited-time seasonal offerings on the Chick-fil-A menu.
“Our Guests have always enjoyed both cherry and berry flavors, especially during the Spring season,” Chick-fil-A Chef Christy Cook said. “We wanted to explore how to deliver that burst of fruit flavor they love, in a way that is unique to Chick-fil-A and that pairs so well with our menu items. Be on the lookout for other exciting beverage flavors to come and maybe a few familiar favorites from the past!”
Clearly Chick-fil-A is preparing for the warm weather by giving customers some refreshing new options.
And they are continuing to show why they remain one of the most popular fast-food chains in the country.
As Joe Biden’s economy continues to spiral downward, and fast food chains are scrambling to save their customer bases, Chick-fil-A’s excellent customer service, tasty food, and willingness to try new options are helping keep it a leader in the fast-food industry.
