Chuck Grassley has leftists panicked after he exposed this shocking weapon 660 judges want to destroy Trump with

Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley put the Left in panic mode after he vowed to end this dangerous judicial loophole leftist  judges want to use to keep sabotaging Trump’s agenda and override the will of voters.

The Deep State has found a new way to sabotage Donald Trump’s agenda.

They’re using a little-known legal loophole that most Americans have never heard of.

But Chuck Grassley has leftists panicked after he exposed this shocking weapon 660 judges want to destroy Trump with.

One judge can now override the entire federal government

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) appeared on Newsmax’s "The Record with Greta van Susteren" to sound the alarm about a dangerous judicial weapon being used against President Trump.

The Iowa Senator is leading the charge to end what’s called "universal injunctions" – a practice that allows a single federal judge to block government policy nationwide.

Think about that for a moment.

One unelected judge sitting in a courthouse anywhere in America can single-handedly stop the President of the United States from carrying out his constitutional duties.

It’s a power grab that would make the founding fathers roll over in their graves.

"Until 1963, the idea of a national injunction never came up," Grassley explained during his Newsmax appearance. "And it wasn’t much used until maybe 10 or 15 years ago. But it really picked up speed in the first Trump administration, through the Biden administration and then now in this Trump administration."

The timing tells you everything you need to know.

This judicial overreach exploded into common use precisely when Donald Trump first took office and began dismantling the Washington establishment’s sacred cows.

660 judges, but only one needed to stop Trump

The scale of this problem is mind-boggling.

America has more than 600 federal district judges spread across 94 different judicial districts.

But under the current system, any single one of these judges can issue a ruling that applies to the entire country.

"It’s wrong to have one out of 660 district judges we have spread out through 94 different judicial districts to actually make policy," Grassley declared.

The Senator hit the nail on the head.

These judges aren’t supposed to be making policy – that’s the job of the legislative and executive branches.

But activist judges have turned the federal courthouse into their personal legislative chamber.

They’re not interpreting the law anymore.

They’re rewriting it from the bench.

Even liberal justices admit this has gone too far

The abuse of universal injunctions has gotten so bad that even liberal Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan has criticized them.

Kagan has previously noted the problem of "forum shopping" by litigants who file cases before favorable courts, saying "You look at something like that and you think, that can’t be right. In the Trump years, people used to go to the Northern District of California, and in the Biden years, they go to Texas. It just can’t be right that one district judge can stop a nationwide policy in its tracks and leave it stopped for the years that it takes to go through the normal process."

Grassley referenced Justice Kagan’s concerns during his Newsmax appearance, noting that "Even Democrat-appointed people like Justice Kagan have spoken out against the misuse of national injunctions."

Grassley is hopeful that the Supreme Court might step in to solve this problem for good.

"Maybe we’ll have the Supreme Court solve this issue for us," he said. "It might be difficult to get 60 votes in the United States Senate for this. But, if we can get the Supreme Court to do it, it will be just as effective and more timely than if Congress has to deal with it."

The Senator is being realistic about the political challenges.

Getting 60 votes in the Senate for anything meaningful is nearly impossible these days.

The Constitution never authorized this judicial tyranny

Here’s what makes this whole situation even more outrageous.

There’s absolutely no legal basis for universal injunctions.

"I think the most important thing with this subject is there isn’t any law that provides for national injunctions," Grassley explained. "There’s no Supreme Court decision that has provided for a national injunction, and it’s just judicial made – and probably more at the district court level than any other level."

These judges are literally making up powers for themselves that don’t exist anywhere in the law.

It’s judicial tyranny, plain and simple.

The Constitution is crystal clear about what federal judges are supposed to do.

"The Constitution is very clear that the judicial branch can – two words – have ‘cases’ or ‘controversies,’" Grassley said. "And they’re supposed to make the decision just for the people that are before them."

Instead, these activist judges are "taking advantage of a case before them to apply it to all 94 judicial districts around the country."

That’s not constitutional law.

That’s constitutional lawlessness.

Democrats created a monster they can’t control

The most ironic part of this whole mess is that Democrats helped create this monster during the first Trump administration.

Now it’s being used against their own party too.

"I said previously that [Democrats] ought to be concerned about it, because the Biden administration was hit by a few national injunctions as well," Grassley pointed out.

What goes around comes around.

But Grassley is right that this should be a bipartisan issue.

"From that standpoint, our efforts to solve this unconstitutional issue of a national injunction ought to be bipartisan," he said.

Unfortunately, Democrats only seem to care about judicial overreach when it hurts their side.

When Trump was President, they cheered every time a federal judge blocked his policies.

Now that Trump is back in office and judges are once again trying to sabotage his agenda, suddenly Democrats are a lot quieter about judicial reform.

The stakes couldn’t be higher

This isn’t just about legal technicalities or constitutional theory.

This is about whether the American people’s votes actually matter.

When one unelected judge can override the will of millions of voters who elected Donald Trump to implement his agenda, we’re no longer living in a democracy.

We’re living in a judicial oligarchy.

President Trump won a mandate from the American people to secure the border, drain the swamp, and put America First.

But if any judge in any courthouse can single-handedly block those efforts, then elections become meaningless.

The founding fathers designed our system of government with checks and balances.

But they never intended for unelected judges to have veto power over the entire federal government.

It’s time to restore the constitutional balance of power.

Chuck Grassley is leading the fight to do exactly that.

The question is whether enough senators will have the courage to join him.
