Few humans get under the skin of Democrats simply because they exist like Clarence Thomas.
He’s been one of their top targets for political assassination since he succeeded Thurgood Marshall in 1991.
And now Clarence Thomas made one move that caused Kamala Harris to absolutely meltdown.
Kamala Harris can feel her political career slipping away, as her approval rating continues to be one of the lowest of any first term Vice President in American history.
As a result, she’s going to great lengths to rehab her image and reestablish herself as a contender in a 2024 Democrat Presidential Primary, should President Joe Biden finally give in to the overwhelming majority of Democrats who don’t want him to run for re-election.
Vice President Harris’ latest rehabilitation strategy involves exploiting the PTSD left-wing radicals continue to suffer from in the wake of the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade by attempting to give off the perception that no one is more furious about the end of abortion on-demand than she is.
But in doing so, all the Vice President really did was make a fool of herself yet again.
In a recent interview with Vanity Fair, Harris recalled that she was so upset when Roe was overturned that she – wait for it – called her husband and complained.
“I was like, they bleep did it,” Harris said, recalling what she told her husband. “I was so upset.”
According to Vice President Harris, she had a public event to attend shortly after the decision was handed down, and the only way she could conduct herself in a professional and dignified manner was to vent to her husband about how angry she was that babies in the womb could no longer be murdered on-demand.
Obviously needing a little more sizzle to get her point across to the Left’s radical base, Harris went on to make the utterly ridiculous claim that pro-life Americans somehow don’t care about mothers who die during childbirth.
“I first had to release that feeling in an appropriate place, and then my team, we just roundtabled around what we need to do and what this means,” Harris explained. “I was actually on my way to a maternal mortality event, and the connection between these two issues is profound. The same people jumping up and down as proponents of Dobbs [have] been virtually silent on the fact that women in America are dying every day in connection with childbirth.”
She told Vanity Fair that she held out hope Roe would never be overturned because it would be “so awful” for abortion on-demand to end and couldn’t be used as birth control anymore by those who refuse to take responsibility for their own actions.
And Harris also apparently hoped that the left-wing outrage mob’s pressure campaign – like when they firebombed churches and pro-life pregnancy centers, mobilized outside Justices’ homes, stalked their families at restaurants, and even attempted to assassinate Justice Brett Kavanaugh – would lead at least some of the constitutionalist Justices being intimidated into keeping Roe in place.
“You brace for any major catastrophe,” Harris said. “I think it’s human nature that we retained some element of hope that this couldn’t happen because it would be so awful if it did.”
“That was kind of just mentally and emotionally where I was, which is eyes open that it could happen, but also believing this can’t happen,” she continued. “Then, of course, when the leaked decision came down, that was it.”
It’s no wonder that Kamala Harris would have such a meltdown over Roe v. Wade being overturned that she would call her husband to complain – the Left simply isn’t used to not getting their way.
They’re used to not being held accountable for their unconstitutional schemes, and when they are, their aforementioned pressure campaigns always do the trick.
But in the case of Roe v. Wade, that hasn’t happened, and left-wing radicals like Kamala Harris simply cannot handle it.
