One brave woman is about to take on one of the most powerful companies in the world.
In the process, she’s also shining a spotlight on Joe Biden’s dirty dealings.
And what they’ve both been up to is about to blow up in court.
A Pfizer trial whistleblower tried to get Joe Biden’s Justice Department to check her former employer’s bad behavior.
But after the government decided not to side with her, she’s pushing ahead with a False Claims Act lawsuit against Pfizer and two other companies involved in the clinical trial of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine.
Brook Jackson was fired by Ventavia Research Group in 2020 after pointing out serious problems with how the company was conducting a trial for the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine.
In 2021 she came forward as a whistleblower.
The Justice Department conveniently kept her allegations sealed for a year before finally declining to take on the case.
Government lawyers didn’t bother to explain their decision and the Food and Drug Administration apparently has zero interest in commenting on it.
“We’re going to pursue the case without the help of the government,” Jackson told The Epoch Times in an exclusive interview.
She knows she’s taking on some powerful forces but says “it’s just a chance I have to take…I just feel like somebody has to be held accountable.”
The world got a preview of what’s coming when the British Medical Journal ran an article in November based on information provided by Jackson.
But a look at the actual documents filed as evidence in Jackson’s case is stunning.
Text messages, emails, and a transcript paint a picture of a medical trial where chaotic conditions, disorganization, poor security, and errors reigned supreme.
A Pfizer representative was copied on—and even responded to—emails describing serious problems with the trial including vaccine administrators with “no training” and “very little oversight.”
One email sent from Jackson on September 23, 2020 outlined a long list of issues including missing charts, “visits that are out of window that no one is aware [of] because the previous visit is just simply not being looked at,” and “missing laboratory specimens that site/sponsor is aware of.”
One transcript of a conversation between Jackson and her apparent supervisor along with another employee involved in the trial made it abundantly clear that there was nothing clinical or controlled about how the trial was unfolding.
In fact, they were all running around like a “chicken with its head cut off.”
After only 13 days on the job Jackson couldn’t understand how other employees were surviving in an environment that made doing their jobs correctly impossible.
It seems being a meticulous “professional” was more of a hindrance than help during the trial as employees were stumbling over procedural violations everywhere, blame shifting, and “quality checking” old paperwork that was a complete mess.
It’s no surprise Jackson soon ended up fired from her position as regional director for Vestavia—she had far too many questions and a propensity for collecting proof when employees were breaking protocol.
The real question now is how deep Pfizer’s influence runs.
Biden is obviously already in Big Pharma’s pocket as he’s been purchasing medication for the entire US population before the FDA even reviews the safety data.
We can only hope Jackson will get a fair shake once she finally has her day in court—even if Biden’s Justice Department already ensured she wouldn’t be heard until after the majority of Americans got the jab.
