While campaigning for the White House, former Vice President Joe Biden made it clear he would reverse the Trump-era immigration policies and embrace lenient open-borders policy.
Once Biden won the incredibly close and controversial 2020 election – the United States was instantly flooded.
And it hasn’t relented since.
The most recent numbers were just made available.
According to Customs and Border Patrol, in October, more than 240,000 illegal aliens crossed into this country.
That’s the second largest October number in history.
The largest was last year – also under President Biden’s watch.
In fact, the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) reports before the Biden Presidency, the highest number of illegal aliens encountered in the month of October was about 90,000.
September was another record-breaking month for illegal aliens crossing over into the interior of the United States.
Border patrol officers had nearly 270,000 encounters with illegal aliens in September across the southern border.
That’s the highest total for a month of September since the data began being tracked.
It defeats the old record of about 207,000 illegal crossings in September of last year – again, under the not-so-watchful eye of President Biden.
September also marks the end of the fiscal year.
In that fiscal year, more than 2-Million migrants illegally entered America.
That brings the total during Biden’s less than three years sitting in the Oval Office to an estimated 8-Million.
That’s about 1 million more than the population of the state of Massachusetts.
As if Bidenflation wasn’t pinching blue-collar wallets hard enough – all those illegal aliens are costing the hard-working men and women of America.
The House Homeland Security Committee released a 49-page interim staff report last week showing the illegal alien population within the U.S. is costing American taxpayers an estimated $451-Billion annually.
The report was authorized by Republican Rep. Mark Green of Tennessee.
Additionally, the report found that the Office of Management and Budget could be shifting government funds meant for border security to instead provide care for illegal aliens.
The evidence of unending spending on illegal aliens is spread across the country.
The Big Apple is spending nearly $10-Million per day to provide shelter and services to illegal aliens.
New York City Mayor Eric Adams estimated the total cost of paying for illegal aliens arriving in the city would exceed $12-Billion by 2025.
The Washington Examiner is reporting that in one Texas border county, government employees recently took a pay cut to cover the costs of burying and cremating illegal aliens found dead in their jurisdiction.
The report added that in McMullen County, Texas – population 600 – the county is spending about half a million dollars on illegal immigration response annually.
In Cochise County, Arizona, “border-related booking costs” in 2022 totaled $4.3 million.
According to the latest school budget for Fairfax County, Virginia, students who don’t speak English are costing residents in the district an extra $4,600 per student, per year.
And the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is now reporting $12-Billion was spent just offering emergency medical care to illegal aliens in the fiscal years of 2021 and 2022.
These costs will continue adding up until the crisis at the U.S. southern border is fixed – and so far, the Biden administration has shown zero interest in even attempting a fix.
