Fulton County Democrat District Attorney Fani Willis’ indictment against former President Donald Trump – the fourth such indictment the Biden regime and Democrat prosecutors have levied against him – has only served to further prove to many Americans what Democrats are really up to.
Willis indicted Trump for questioning the 2020 outcome, even though Democrats have taken the exact same route of challenging and calling into question numerous races their parties’ candidates have lost going back some 20 years or more.
With Trump now facing 91 charges from their four witch hunt indictments against him, Democrats thought they’d finally defeated the former President once and for all.
But as polls continue to show that he’s only gotten stronger with each indictment, the tide might just be turning in the other direction.
Now, Republican Presidential Primary candidates are digging their heels in on their position on the frontrunner’s legal issues.
Entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy pledged that if he becomes President, he’d take the fight to Democrats’ witch hunt against Trump in Georgia.
Ramaswamy previously pledged to pardon Trump should he be elected President.
While no President would have power to pardon someone on state-level charges like those against Trump in Georgia, they likely could leverage the federal supremacy clause to thwart attempts to hold Trump in custody.
While there was no word on what his legal strategy would be, following Willis’ charges, the surging GOP presidential candidate volunteered to write an amicus brief on Trump’s behalf.
“As someone who’s running for President against Trump, I’d volunteer to write the amicus brief to the court myself: prosecutors should not be deciding U.S. Presidential elections, and if they’re so overzealous that they commit constitutional violations, then the cases should be thrown out & they should be held accountable,” Ramaswamy posted on X, formerly Twitter.
While many agree that Ramaswamy is correct that the charges in Georgia should be thrown out on Constitutional grounds, it’s safe to say that considering the former President’s current legal predicament, he may want someone who has truly practiced law leading such an effort.
After graduating in 2007 from Harvard, Ramaswamy reportedly became a millionaire through his work at a family office hedge fund by the time he received his Juris Doctorate from Yale Law School in 2013. Despite the Yale Law degree, he’s reportedly never practiced law.
Nevertheless, many Republican primary voters will undoubtedly find Ramaswamy’s reaction far preferable than that of establishment candidates in the race, like former Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson.
As if Hutchinson and the rest of the establishment haven’t already embarrassed themselves enough by pretending they have even a snowball’s chance in Hell of winning the Presidency, he also chose to further make a fool of himself by claiming Democrats’ witch hunts had somehow disqualified Trump from ever occupying the White House again.
Read my statement on the fourth indictment of #DonaldTrump.
Donald Trump has disqualified himself from ever holding our nation’s highest office again.
I’m ready to take the case to him on the debate stage. Help me qualify here: https://t.co/0t63rhb8WJ pic.twitter.com/id3lBljEHe

Former Rep. Will Hurd (R-TX), who was not widely known as a congressman and whose presidential campaign has gone largely unnoticed by the general public, also got in on the effort to help advance Democrats’ witch hunts against him.
“Another day, another indictment, and another example of how the former President’s baggage will hand Joe Biden reelection if Trump is the nominee,” Hurd claimed. “This is further evidence that Trump knew he lost the 2020 election and was ready to do anything it took to cling to power. He will use this latest indictment as another opportunity to manipulate Americans into paying his legal bills.”
Regardless, the ruling class elites in both parties are all-in on pushing the bogus indictments against Trump, as they’ve realized that their propaganda is no longer effective in keeping working class Americans in the dark, so now they’ve turned to force.
The late, great George Orwell may have put it best when he said, “All tyrannies rule through fraud and force, but once the fraud is exposed they must rely exclusively on force.”
And at this very moment, that’s the exact playbook the ruling class elites appear to be running against Donald Trump and the American people.
