The Trump administration is off to a blazing hot start.
But it’s almost certain Democrats haven’t seen anything yet.
And Democrats were left with a sinking feeling in their stomachs after J.D. Vance spilled the beans on this plan.
Donald Trump working overtime to make the most of his second term in the White House
President Donald Trump got off to a blazing start to his second term with a slew of executive orders and actions.
Democrats and their media mouthpieces simply have not been able to keep up with the breakneck speed at which the Trump administration has been moving.
There has been so much action by President Trump that Democrats simply can’t figure out what action to direct their outrage at on any given day.
That’s because just as they direct their outrage at one executive order, Trump signs five more.
Vice President J.D. Vance recently told Breitbart News that this is exactly the administration’s plan.
“I don’t know that it’s trying to catch the opposition off guard, but one of the things I’ll notice every time we sit in the Oval Office with the President is he’ll say ‘how many weeks do we have left?’ He’s counting down the weeks and thinking okay, we don’t have a lot of time,” Vance explained. “Actually, four years is a lot of time in political life but it’s not a long time in real life.”
Vance also said that President Trump wants to get as much done as possible every single day.
The Vice President noted that during Trump’s first term, he had Congressional Republicans resisting his agenda and members of his administration who weren’t really team players.
But this time it’s a whole different story.
“When you look at the people surrounding the president from Stephen Miller to James Blair to Susie Wiles, we’re trying to make it sort of easy for the president to do what he wants to do in government,” Vance stated. “When you have the entire team firing on all cylinders you can get a lot done.”
The Trump administration isn’t going to take its foot off the gas pedal
Vance said that the breakneck pace is going to continue every day for the next four years.
“It’s not just a first two weeks thing,” Vance said. “Of course, there are certain things that will necessarily not be the same like for example sitting here ten minutes ago we just found out that Senator Cassidy is a yes on RFK’s nomination.”
“So there’s a natural way in which we’ll transition from a focus on nominations to some of the president’s big legislative priorities,” Vance added. “So I think the pace is going to be the same, it’s just the priorities are going to change.”
Vance also said that the furious pace of actions taken by the administration comes directly from Trump himself.
“I obviously think he’s doing a great job, and I think he’s done more in two weeks than frankly Biden did in four years and Obama did in eight years,” Vance said. “It really is a breakneck pace and that really does flow directly from Presidential leadership.”
Trump has his eye on the prize because he knows his time is limited and that there is a lot to accomplish.
“He is constantly asking us how many days do we have left? How many weeks do we have left? What have we done today? It’s a constant drive from the top and it’s why I think you see all these great things coming out of the White House,” Vance stated. “But he is having fun.”
Democrats are going to be in for a long four years.
