Seeing Presidential candidates get hit with an October surprise has basically become commonplace in modern American politics.
But this is one October surprise no one could have ever predicted.
And now Donald Trump blew a gasket when he got slapped with this unbelievable ban.
Trump may never recover
The attempted assassinations against former President Donald Trump, and the ongoing threat he faces from Democrats’ violent rhetoric and America’s adversaries, have forced his campaign to make many adjustments.
For instance, after the first would-be assassin missed taking the former President’s life by mere millimeters at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, when it became clear that the Biden-Harris regime had refused to provide his campaign with adequate Secret Service protection, Trump was forced to his outdoor rallies for weeks.
And even after his Secret Service detail has supposedly been beefed up, Trump is still being forced to appear behind bulletproof glass anytime he speaks outdoors.
But while those have been mere inconveniences, it’s the new change the former President is being forced to make that’s driving him up a wall.
According to a report from NBC News, the former President has now been told that he can no longer play golf because the Biden-Harris regime won’t provide the resources needed to ensure his safety.
“Trump was told that federal agents could not ensure his safety to a degree that they were comfortable with if he were to play,” NBC News reported. “The concerns were conveyed in two conversations with Trump since the September incident: one with Ronald Rowe, the acting director of the Secret Service, and the other with officials from the national intelligence director’s office.”
Obviously, the second would-be assassin who targeted Trump did so while he was playing golf at his West Palm Beach, Florida, course, waiting in bushes for upwards of 12 hours in the hope the former President would happen to cross his path.
What’s the real story?
But in the wake of that attempted assassination, The New York Times reported that the aforementioned acting Secret Service Director, Ronald Rowe – who was promoted to Director despite reportedly being the one who denied the Trump campaign additional security resources for the Butler rally – actually told the former President that he could continue to play golf if additional security resources were made available.
“Trump had asked Rowe during a meeting last month whether it would be safe for him to continue golfing in the wake of the thwarted assassination attempt, and he was told he would need significant additional security given the proximity of some of his courses to public roads, the New York Times reported last month, citing information from three people familiar with their conversation,” NBC News noted.
Based on the fact that the Biden-Harris regime’s story changed from Trump could play golf with additional security resources to he can’t play golf because they won’t provide those resources, it’s clear that they are doing everything they can to throw him off his game in the closing weeks of the campaign.
Everyone knows that Trump loves nothing more than spending the little down time he has on the golf course, and that he’s often still working while decompressing a bit.
And while it likely won’t impact the former President’s campaign with less than two weeks remaining in the race, it is yet another mind game Democrats are attempting to use to distract him from keeping his eye on the prize.
Of course, in the wake of the assassination attempts made by apparent Democrat supporters, the Biden-Harris regime and Deep State have claimed that Iran is now also attempting to assassinate Trump – though, some believe that could simply be a cover in case another Democrat voter decides to make an attempt on his life.
“But Iran’s efforts to kill Trump and former senior officials it has blamed for the Soleimani strike are even more extensive and aggressive than previously reported, according to a dozen officials familiar with the Iranian assassination threat,” Politico reported.
No matter how you slice it, the Biden-Harris regime is pulling out all the stops to stop all the momentum Donald Trump has secured in the race for the White House.
