Nancy Pelosi is determined to use her January 6 Committee to stop Donald Trump from running for President again in 2024.
And Pelosi scored a huge victory.
Because the Supreme Court just hit Donald Trump with this terrible news.
Donald Trump recently appealed a lower court’s ruling that the National Archives must turn over a treasure trove of documents and records to Nancy Pelosi’s January 6 witch hunt Committee.
Unfortunately for Trump, the Supreme Court denied his appeal, meaning the records will be turned over to Pelosi’s Committee.

The Supreme Court denied former President Donald Trump’s case that he be immune from the January 6th Committee’s bid to review his White House records.
The court ruled last month that Trump couldn’t claim executive privilege in order to shield his records from the committee’s investigation into the events behind the storming of the U.S. Capitol. Trump mounted an appeal, but the court released a series of documents denying his emergency request, ending his attempts to withhold schedules, call logs, emails and other articles pertinent to the investigation.
Trump originally claimed executive privilege.
However, the lower courts ruled that the current President is the only one who could assert that right.
The January 6 Committee is not trying to find out the real “truth” about what happened that day, as they are clearly ignoring the failures of security and whether or not undercover FBI informants played a role in inciting violence.
The only reason Pelosi created her Committee is to use it as the Democrats’ third impeachment sham against Donald Trump.
Pelosi’s previous attempts to impeach, convict, and stop Trump from ever running for office again failed miserably.
But if Pelosi’s Committee can recommend criminal charges against Trump, she is confident that Biden’s politicized Department of Justice will follow through and prosecute him.
Of course, Joe Biden’s approval ratings are tanking, with no hopes of recovery in sight. Not only that, but several polls show Donald Trump defeating Biden in a hypothetical head-to-head matchup.
Democrats fear a Donald Trump comeback more than anything else.
So Nancy Pelosi’s Committee will do whatever it takes to demand Joe Biden file criminal charges against Trump to try and stop him from seeking a second term in 2024.
