Democrat-appointed Judge Arthur Engoron proved that New York Democrat Attorney General Letitia James’ civil fraud trial against former President Donald Trump was a total sham after he ruled that Trump was liable for fraud before the trial even began.
Now, he’s gone a step further just to rub salt in Trump’s wounds.
Despite the fact that an appeals court has already ruled against James’ efforts to charge Trump’s daughter, Ivanka, alongside him, Judge Engoron has issued an order to force her to testify in the trial.
Needless to say, the former President absolutely unloaded on Engoron.
“My daughter, Ivanka, was released from this Fake Letitia James case by the Court of Appeals, but this Trump Hating, Unhinged Judge, who ruled me guilty before this Witch Hunt Trial even started, couldn’t care less about the fact that he was overturned,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “I also won an Appeal on Statute of Limitations, but he refused to accept their decision. I truly believe he is CRAZY, but certainly, at a minimum, CRAZED in his hatred of me. This case should have never started, but now must be dismissed.”
As previously mentioned, Judge Engoron ruled against Trump before the trial even started, handing the former President what many describe as the “corporate death penalty” by stripping him of his business licenses.
Of course, no bank is claiming that Trump or his companies “defrauded” them in any way, and the valuations of Trump’s properties the Judge used to rule that he had committed fraud are incredibly suspect, as they significantly undervalued properties.
For example, the Judge claimed Mar-a-Lago was only worth $18 to $27 million despite the fact that it generates at least $100,000,000 in revenue from memberships alone each year – there are reportedly 500 members of the club who pay at least $200,000 each year for memberships – and sits in one of the most expensive real estate markets in the nation.
At this point, the trial’s only purpose is to determine the amount of “damages” James can collect, putting virtually the entire portfolio of properties Trump has spent his life building in jeopardy.
In bashing Engoron’s ruling against him, Trump rightfully pointed out that any valuations included in financial statements he provided the banks were subject to their due diligence, and yet none have even mentioned having any issue with the valuations.
“Financial Statements were LOW, NOT HIGH, had a 100% Disclaimer Clause, Banks were fully paid, ‘on time, on schedule,’ with never even a minor default, there was NO VICTIM, EXCEPT ME,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “Any other Judge in the Country would have thrown this case out on day one. He’s an out of control ‘Nut Job,’ who fined me $10,000 over a ridiculous Gag Order so that the publicity for the day would take over from the fact that Racist James and the Judge’s Star Witness admitted LYING TO CONGRESS on the stand – CASE OVER!”
The former President has already stated that he will be appealing whatever ruling Democrat Judge Arthur Engoron hands down in the case, so odds are, this entire ordeal gets drug out for some time.
But many legal experts do believe that Trump will have a very good case to reverse any decision that is handed down by the clearly biased judge.
And with Democrats dragging his daughter into the chaos, there’s no doubt Donald Trump has only just begun to fight back against the lawfare Democrats are waging against him.
