Donald Trump served up a vicious troll that has Democrats freaking out over this potential appointment

The President-Elect doesn’t miss an opportunity to remember his friends . . . or toy with his enemies!

For the second time in his life, Donald Trump is the President-elect of the United States.

Now that the campaigning is over, it’s time to transition to the hard work of governing – but that doesn’t mean he can’t have some fun in the process.

And now Trump just served up a vicious troll that has Democrats freaking out over this potential appointment.

2022 vs. 2024

It may have been two-years late, but the red wave finally crashed ashore.

Donald Trump won an electoral landslide over Vice President Kamala Harris and was the first Republican to win the popular vote in two-decades.

Meanwhile, it’s looking like the GOP will add a couple of seats to their slim majority in the U.S. House of Representatives, and by the time the dust settles and smoke clears, Republicans could have as much as a ten-vote lead in the U.S. Senate.

The 2024 victory party was a far cry from the disappointment of the 2022 midterms.

Two years ago, the Republican base was convinced a red wave was coming that would bring a real opposition to the Biden-Harris campaign.

All the metrics pointed to, and the polling showed the GOP would reach a huge lead in the House and sweep through the swing state in the U.S. Senate.

In fact, the momentum seemed to be so heavily tilted to the Right, that even races in dark blue states like Washington were believed to be in play by some of the political experts.

But when the votes were counted it was a bust for Republicans.

They walked away with the slimmest of House majorities and actually lost a seat in the Upper Chamber.

One of the Republican candidates who fell short was former running back legend Herschel Walker.

Remember Herschel Walker?

On election night 2022, Walker fell just shy of upending incumbent Senator Raphael Warnock (D-GA).

Georgia’s Democrat Senator only defeated the ardent Trump-supporter by less than a single-point.

Under Peach State law, the close result even triggered a runoff.

However, with the majority already lost, the disgruntled Republican base didn’t turn out to the runoff.

Nearly 200,000 Walker voters from election day stayed home rather than showing up for the runoff, and Warnock won re-election with about a 3-point victory.

But Walker was one of the earliest and loudest Trump supporters – and the 45th and 47th President of the United States remembers his friends.

Herschel Walker to join second Trump Administration?

Before winning a second term in the White House, Trump was busy holding massive rallies throughout the swing states.

And Georgia was one of the states the former President needed to win – and did.

At his final campaign stop in the Peach State, Trump teased a potential role for the Heisman Trophy winner in his second administration.

With Trump you can never tell how much of what he says is tongue-in-cheek, but he proposed Walker could run a new national defense system.

“We will build a missile defense shield all made in the USA, wrapped around our country to defend ourselves and our country,” Trump said. “It’s all going to be made in the United States, a lot of it in your great state. We’ll put Herschel Walker in charge of that little sucker, OK?”

Whether serious, a joke, or somewhere in between, Trump’s comments in Georgia show he’s a loyal man who remembers his friends.
