Donald Trump and his supporters are no fans of Chris Wallace.
Wallace put on an extremely biased performance as moderator of the first Presidential debate.
But Donald Trump will blow a gasket when he hears what Chris Wallace just told Jen Psaki.
During a recent episode of his show, Chris Wallace showed his left-wing bias by heaping praise upon White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki.
Even though Wallace claims to be a real reporter who asks tough questions, he lobbed softball after softball at Jen Psaki, starting by asking her to rate her job performance as Press Secretary.
“You have been, I think it’s fair to say, been widely praised for your stint here at the White House,” Wallace asked. “In fact, I have praised you for your stint here at the White House. How do you think you’ve done?”
Of course, Jen Psaki gave herself a positive review.
“I’m really proud of the time I’ve spent here so far at the White House and working for the President, and hopefully helping people understand what his thinking is and what his policies are,” Psaki responded.
After thanking her for serving as Press Secretary, Wallace then promised to watch Psaki’s show on MSNBC.
“Jen Psaki, thank you,” Wallace added. “We are going to miss you behind the podium, and if you end up at a cable channel other than this one, I promise I will watch you.”
At the end of the interview, in a direct shot at Donald Trump’s former Press Secretaries, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Kayleigh McEnany, and Sean Spicer, Wallace claimed Psaki restored civility to the briefing room.
“The job of White House Press Secretary is tricky,” Wallace began. “You represent that President, but you’re paid by the American people. Handling those sometimes dueling obligations is a delicate balance. But Jen has done as good a job at it as any Press Secretary I can remember, while restoring some much-needed civility to the White House briefing room.”
Many realized Chris Wallace was a hardcore Democrat Party activist after his outrageous performance as moderator during the first Presidential debate.
That really became clear when he quit FOX and joined CNN+, the disastrous streaming service so bad that CNN’s new bosses have already pulled the plug.
And his fawning interview with Jen Psaki just put all doubts to bed about where Chris Wallace really stands.
