Now, she is setting up to open a new front against the President.
But Donald Trump won’t go easy on Letitia James after she issued this nasty announcement.
Letitia James gears up to fight Trump appeal of sham verdict
New York Attorney General Letitia James is gearing up for Donald Trump’s appeal against the $464 million verdict she scored in her bogus civil fraud lawsuit against Donald Trump and his business.
The verdict was so unexpected that even liberal legal analysts were left scratching their heads over the merits of James’ case.
The question everyone, on both sides of the aisle, was left with was whether or not this case would have come up against anyone else besides Trump.
At first glance, the justices of the New York appeals court were skeptical of the radically crafted legal theory constructed by James that alleged Trump had committed fraud in his assessment of the value of his assets on loan applications – with no victims to claim they were defrauded.
James shamelessly had no issue grabbing national attention for her extremely controversial allegation and is indicating that she plans to open a new legal front against Trump.
James doubles down on radical ideology to find new reasons to target Trump
Her latest plan may be even more questionable than the last – she sent a letter to New York state hospitals instructing them to disregard an executive order signed at the White House that would cut off federal funding if they refused to stop performing transgender surgeries on children.
“Regardless of the availability of federal funding, we write to further remind you of your obligations to comply with New York State laws,” James warned.
James argued that hospitals that refuse to mutilate children on request would be in violation of New York’s radical Transgender Bill of Special Rights.
In other parts of the country, most notably Virginia, Colorado, and Washington, D.C., have already shut down their transgender surgery programs following Trump’s executive order.
Trump ensured that his order was clear and concise, and left no room for exceptions.
“The head of each executive department or agency (agency) that provides research or education grants to medical institutions, including medical schools and hospitals, shall, consistent with applicable law and in coordination with the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, immediately take appropriate steps to ensure that institutions receiving Federal research or education grants end the chemical and surgical mutilation of children,” read the order signed by Trump.
Following this order, Trump announced an end to federal research projects surrounding the insanity of radical gender identity ideology.
The Washington Post reported, “The National Institutes of Health, for example, has demanded a halt to a large-scale study that was examining ways to prevent HIV infections in transgender youth of color before it could enroll participants this week.”
“California clinics lost funding to provide care to hundreds of transgender patients,” the report continued. “A federal scientific journal blocked publication of a paper that details the value of teaching transgender health.”
Despite her hopes and optimism, James and the far-woke Left have remained completely ignorant of what the American people believe and voted for.
They are picking a terrible hill to fight on.
According to a recent New York Times/Ipsos poll, roughly 71 percent of Americans strictly oppose transgender surgeries that mutilate the bodies of minor children.
James and her allied Democrats are siding against those Americans who oppose the radical idea.
This cause is such a losing issue for Democrats that Trump even made Kamala Harris’ backing of these policies, including forcing taxpayers to fund transgender surgeries for prisoners, a top subject matter for his campaign’s television commercials.
