Democrats have turned the narrative against Donald Trump into four separate indictments that each carry dozens of charges.
But if you thought all of the corruption and propaganda that was required just to bring charges against the former President was bad, you haven’t seen anything yet.
And now Donald Trump has weighed in with this epic response to the Democrat judge’s efforts to revoke his First Amendment rights.
Democrats at every level of government – including the U.S. judicial system – want nothing more than to stack the deck against former President Donald Trump in order to ensure at least one of their witch hunts against him is successful.
As such, Judge Tanya Chutkan, the longtime Democrat donor and activist overseeing Special Counsel Jack Smith’s indictment against Trump for allegedly conspiring to somehow overthrow the U.S. government and change the results of the 2020 election, has taken an unprecedented step towards authoritarianism.
At the urging of the Biden Department of Justice – as if it took much convincing – Judge Chutkan issued an order that essentially stripped Trump of his First Amendment right to free speech.
In a letter to Trump’s legal team, Chutkan warned the former President against making any public statements about the case, including “arguably ambiguous statements.”
“I caution you and your client to take special care in your public statements about this case,” Chutkan wrote in the letter. “I will take whatever measures are necessary to safeguard the integrity of these proceedings.”
The hilarity of claiming to “safeguard” the so-called “integrity” of a witch hunt by stripping a defendant who is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty of his First Amendment rights aside, the Democrat Judge even went on to threaten to accelerate the legal process if she deems any statements to be out of line.
“Even arguably ambiguous statements from parties or their counsel, if they can be reasonably interpreted to intimidate witnesses or to prejudice potential jurors, can threaten the process,” Chutkan added. “The more a party makes inflammatory statements about this case which could taint the jury pool… the greater the urgency will be that we proceed to trial quickly.”
Once the letter became public – as they always do – a reporter asked Trump about what is effectively a gag order while he visited the Iowa State Fair.
“Do you plan to comply with the judge’s order governing the latest indictment?” the reporter asked Trump, prompting the former President to blast the entire proceeding as a “fake” stunt cooked up by President Joe Biden to interfere in the 2024 Presidential election.
“We’ll have to take a look at the order,” Trump replied. “The whole thing is a fake. It was put out by Biden. And they put it out because they can’t win an election the fair way.”
Trump finished by insisting “It’s all called election interference,” and adding “Biden put it out because he can’t win the fair way. He’s way down in the polls.”
Democrats are pulling out all the stops to stack the deck against Trump.
But no matter what they throw at him, Donald Trump just won’t back down.
