The Washington, D.C. establishment is doing all they can to neuter Trump’s judicial legacy.
Both parties are involved.
And Donald Trump’s judicial legacy could be all but wiped out for this disgusting reason.
Joe Biden is catching up with Donald Trump when it comes to packing the courts with his pick of judges.
Nothing gives leftists a headache like having their agenda upset by one of Donald Trump’s judicial appointees.
But now Conservatives are in trouble–as Joe Biden’s administration is nominating judicial candidates with record speed.
And they’ll be lucky if they can even slow down the “conveyor belt of candidates” likely to transform how justice is determined in the United States.
Conservatives aren’t getting help slowing down Biden’s nominees from establishment Republicans like Senator Lindsay Graham.
Tucker Carlson pointed out over the summer that as ranking member of the Judiciary Committee, Lindsey Graham got more Joe Biden judges confirmed than any President had at that point in his Presidency because Graham rolled over and refused to challenge Biden.
“Why are conservatives continuing to promote him and allowing him to continue to sit on the Judiciary Committee?” Carlson asked.
Now, with Joe Biden in office for less than a year, the Senate has already confirmed 40 of his judicial nominees.
According to The Washington Post, Biden “has the opportunity to shift the balance on several regional appeals courts in part because of a wave of judges stepping back from active service.”
Naturally, the left-leaning newspaper is all kinds of excited that Biden’s picks are “far more diverse” to “offset” Trump’s nominees “who were predominantly white and male.”
In fact, according to Newsweek Trump’s judicial nominees were 85% white and 76% men.
Probably not completely shocking since in 2019 the American Bar Association reported that 85% of lawyers are white while just over 37% of lawyers are women.
Furthermore, the number of female lawyers has been growing rapidly in recent years, it was only 31% back in 2010, meaning there are fewer women in the pool of attorneys with enough experience to be the best possible candidate for the job.
That is, unless color and gender is your primary criteria.
And, it sounds like that’s exactly how Biden has been picking them.
“I’m proud I appointed Black—more Black women to the federal bench and the circuit courts and more former public defenders to the bench than any administration in American history,” Biden said recently during a commencement address at South Carolina State University. “The previous record was three Black women in eight years. We’ve confirmed four in less than eight months, and there’s more we can do.”
Unfortunately, we have no doubt his administration will continue to do all they can to push their leftist agenda—and cause irreversible damage—before Republicans can recapture the Senate.
