Dr. Fauci used the pandemic as an excuse to seize virtually unlimited power over the American people.
Even though Americans thought they were done with Fauci’s tyranny, he’s refusing to give up his power without a fight.
And he just admitted one truth about this upcoming Supreme Court faceoff that could forever change life in America.
A federal judge delivered a blow to Joe Biden earlier this year by striking down his unconstitutional mask mandate for public transportation.
When the announcement was made, numerous videos emerged online of passengers cheering the fact that they were no longer required to wear masks on airplanes.
Of course, Joe Biden and Anthony Fauci are determined to hang on to their near unlimited powers.
That’s why the Biden administration is appealing the judge’s ruling, placing this case directly on the path to be settled by the Supreme Court.
During an interview with Neil Cavuto, Dr. Fauci discussed the Biden administration’s decision to appeal the ruling.
According to Fauci, Biden’s goal is to allow public health bureaucrats to maintain unchecked powers during a so-called “public health emergency.”
“One of the issues… it’s less about mandates on the plane than it is about who has the right and the authority and the capability of making public health decisions,” Dr. Fauci told Cavuto. “And I believe that the Department of Justice is operating on the principle that decisions that are public health decisions belong with the public health agency — in this case, the CDC.”
Of course, the mask mandate expired on May 3.
But Dr. Fauci said this goes far beyond reinstating the mask mandate for public transportation.
It’s about allowing the federal government to maintain unlimited powers during a “public health emergency.”
“So it’s more of a matter of principle of where the authority lies than it is about whether or not there’s gonna be a mandate on a plane or not,” Dr. Fauci added.
Cavuto pushed Dr. Fauci to say whether or not he still wears a mask when flying or taking public transportation.
Not surprisingly, Fauci admitted that he did wear a mask.
“I do, I mean the CDC continues to recommend that when people fly, that they wear masks,” Dr. Fauci responded. “The mandate has been pulled back on the decision of the court, but that does not change the recommendation of the CDC, Neil, or my own personal preference.”
