Democrats turned Minnesota into a laboratory for welfare fraud on an industrial scale.
Federal prosecutors say more than half of $18 billion could be stolen taxpayer money.
But Dr Oz just exposed how Democrats weaponized that fraud to build a partisan voter army.

The numbers coming out of Minnesota sound like a third-world kleptocracy.
Seventy-three percent of Somali households have at least one member on Medicaid compared to just 18% of native households.
Federal prosecutors charged 98 defendants in fraud cases with 85 of Somali descent.
Minnesota's Housing Stabilization Services program, projected at $2.6 million annually, paid out over $100 million in 2024 alone.
CMS Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz went on Fox News with Laura Ingraham and connected dots that Democrats desperately hoped nobody would notice.
"By federal law, if you sign someone up for Medicaid, you also give them the right to vote," Oz explained.
Wait, it gets worse.
The same applies to SNAP benefits and every other welfare program.
"As you give out social services, you also get them registered to vote," Oz continued. "You're building up a very partisan group of individuals."
Section 7 of the 1993 National Voter Registration Act mandates that every state agency providing public assistance must offer voter registration applications with each application for benefits, renewal, recertification, or change of address.
Democrats didn't just enable welfare fraud in Minnesota.
They built a welfare-to-ballot pipeline that automatically converts fraudsters and illegal aliens into registered voters.

Oz pointed directly at Minnesota as the prime example.
"Minnesota NICE made it easy for them to make out like bandits," Oz stated.
The Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention program exploded from $3 million in 2018 to nearly $400 million in 2023.
Nobody questions that kind of growth?
"These scammers used stolen taxpayer money to buy flashy cars, purchase overseas real estate and offer kickbacks to parents who enrolled their kids," Oz said.
Two Philadelphia men heard Minnesota was "easy money," traveled there, enrolled their companies in Housing Stabilization Services, returned to Philly and submitted fraudulent claims.
They got $3.5 million in what prosecutors called "fraud tourism."
Every fraudulent Medicaid enrollee got voter registration applications by federal law.
Democrat-run states with zero oversight enrolled illegal aliens and fraudsters in Medicaid, which automatically registered them to vote through Section 7.

Oz spelled out exactly what Democrats created.
"This is political patronage at the expense of Medicaid," Oz said. "The criminal part here is not just the horrible waste, fraud, and abuse of our federal tax dollars, but that you're taking money from our most vulnerable citizens."
Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins already discovered massive SNAP fraud with 21 Democrat-led states actively blocking efforts to expose it.
Those 21 states don't want anyone looking at their welfare rolls because they know what investigators will find.
"In just the states that cooperated, we've already uncovered massive fraud," Rollins wrote. "The Democrat Party has turned its back on working Americans and built its entire strategy around protecting illegal aliens."
Look at the pattern across Minnesota, California, New York — every Democrat stronghold with massive welfare rolls also has the highest fraud rates and the most aggressive voter registration tied to benefits.
Oz sent Tim Walz a letter threatening to withhold federal Medicaid funding unless Minnesota implements safeguards within 60 days.
"If we're unsatisfied with the state's plans or cooperation, we'll stop paying the federal share of these programs," Oz warned.
Democrats exploited federal law to create a self-perpetuating political machine funded with your tax dollars.
Enroll illegal aliens and fraudsters in welfare programs that automatically register them to vote.
Use their votes to maintain power and keep the welfare spigot flowing.
Rinse and repeat.
Oz and Trump are shutting down this corrupt system before Democrats steal another election with it.
