Elon Musk and George Soros are squaring off on the ballot in a high-stakes contest only one can win

In only a few weeks’ time a huge election is going down in a critical swing state that will likely bear enormous consequences.

Elon Musk and George Soros are two of the richest and most influential men on the planet and they’re about to face off in battle.

But it has nothing to do with who is the richest.

And Elon Musk and George Soros are squaring off on the ballot in a high-stakes contest only one can win.

The most important election you’ve never heard of

On April 1, voters in Wisconsin will head to the polls and cast their ballots for who they want to add to the bench of their state Supreme Court.

In fact, the ballots are already coming in, as early voting began this week.

Typically, not much fuss and very little money would be spent on an off-year, mid-season judicial race.

But not this Supreme Court race in the Badger State on April 1, 2025.

This race is drawing more attention and money than the average Congressional election.

According to Ballotpedia, about $60 million has been donated to the candidates, making this the most expensive judicial race in United States history.

The seat up for grabs is open as Justice Ann Walsh Bradley is retiring after 30 years on the bench.

Bradley is a leftist, making this a pickup opportunity for conservatives to swing the court 4-3 for the Left, to 4-3 in favor of the Right.

Supreme Court races in Wisconsin are considered to be “non-partisan.”

However, there is very clearly a Left candidate and a Right candidate.

One needs to look no further than the endorsements for the respective candidates to get an idea of on which side they fall.

Who will be the next Wisconsin Supreme Court justice

Former Wisconsin Attorney General and Waukesha County District Attorney Brad Schimel is endorsed by a who’s-who in Republican politics.

He has scored the backing of the likes of Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI,), all six of the GOP Congressmen in Wisconsin, Charlie Kirk, and Donald Trump Jr.

Meanwhile, Susan Crawford is a circuit court judge for Wisconsin’s most radically Left county, and home of Madison, Dane County.

Crawford brags about the endorsements of radical Senator Tammy Baldwin (D-WI), former Vice Presidential nominee and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz (D-MN), former Obama White House Attorney General Eric Holder, the previously mentioned Ann Walsh Bradley, the three current sitting left-wing justices on the court, and a long list of government-sector unions and woke non-profit organizations.

In 2023, thanks to big spending from the likes of billionaire socialist George Soros and Governor J.B. Pritzker (D-IL), the Left won the majority of the court and were able to undo many conservative advancements the Republican-controlled legislature was able to pass.

If Schimel is able to upend Crawford, the top court in the State will swing back to the ideological Right while deciding major potential cases on redistricting, election integrity, and abortion.

Elon Musk vs. George Soros

With so much on the line, Soros and his spiderweb network of non-profit organizations and media outlets are once again diving headfirst in a Wisconsin Supreme Court race.

Soros is backing Crawford’s bid for the bench.

But this time, Soros’ involvement isn’t going unchecked.

Fellow billionaire Elon Musk is throwing his weight behind Schimel’s campaign.

The participation of two of the richest men in the world is what has exploded this race to be the most expensive judicial race in the history of America.

The Epoch Times reports through their own donations and various PACs, the two have combined to spend about $12.5 million on the contest.

And that number doesn’t include the valuable in-kind contributions from Soros’ tentacle-like organizations.

Crawford has attempted to turn the race into a referendum on the owner of Twitter.

At a debate earlier this month, Crawford accused Musk of “basically taking over Brad Schimel’s campaign.”

Schimel responded by attacking Crawford’s links to Soros as “a dangerous person to have an endorsement from.”

Turning Points USA founder Charlie Kirk agrees about the dangers of Soros.

“George Soros and all of the leftwing billionaires are pouring money into this state,” Kirk said at a rally for Schimel. “. . . They are looking at this race as a way to get themselves back into gear.”
