Elon Musk just let slip what he really thinks about the members of Donald Trump’s Cabinet

Musk used three words to describe Trump Cabinet members’ performance so far.

Donald Trump held the first Cabinet meeting of his second term last week.

Trump invited Elon Musk to attend and represent DOGE at the meeting.

And Elon Musk just let slip what he really thinks about members of Donald Trump’s Cabinet.

Elon Musk set off a firestorm when DOGE sent an email to federal employees asking them to name five things they accomplished in the past week.

Federal employees were told to respond by Monday if they wanted to keep their jobs.

“Consistent with President @realDonaldTrump’s instructions, all federal employees will shortly receive an email requesting to understand what they got done last week,” Musk wrote on X. “Failure to respond will be taken as a resignation.”

Democrats and the left-wing media flew into a hissy fit over what most Americans view as a reasonable request from DOGE.

Most Americans want to know what is wrong with holding employees accountable for their work, especially since they are paid with taxpayer dollars.

Donald Trump also invited Elon Musk to his first Cabinet meeting to discuss his efforts at DOGE.

At the beginning of the meeting, Trump called on Musk to give an update on his activities.

“DOGE is very important, and Elon is here to give you a summary of what’s happening,” Trump said.

“Letters were sent out to people just to find out if the people exist, do they work,” he continued, before adding that “the letter asks them simple questions like, ‘What have you done lately?’”

When asked if those who have not yet responded are at risk of termination, Musk said that “we’re going to send another email.”

“Our goal is not to be capricious or unfair,” he said. “We want to give people every opportunity to send an email, and the email could simply be ‘What I’m working on is too sensitive or classified to describe.’”

He said a simple response “would be sufficient,” and he hopes “to keep everyone who is doing a job that is essential and doing that job well.”

But Donald Trump chimed in and made it clear that those employees who do not respond may, in fact, lose their jobs.

“I’d like to add that those million people that haven’t responded though, Elon, they are on the bubble,” Trump said.

“You know, I wouldn’t say that we’re thrilled about it, you know, they haven’t responded,” Trump continued. “Now, maybe they don’t exist, maybe we’re paying people that don’t exist.”

But Musk, who attended the meeting in jeans, a “tech support” t-shirt, and a baseball cap, talked about more than DOGE.

He also revealed his true feelings about Donald Trump’s Cabinet selections.

“President Trump has put together the best Cabinet ever,” Musk said. “And I do not give false praise.”

He called the Cabinet “an incredible group of people.”

“I don’t think such a talented team has ever been assembled,” Musk added.

Democrats and the media have been trying their best to divide Elon Musk and Donald Trump.

They refer to Elon as “President Musk” in an effort to make Donald Trump jealous.

But it’s not working.

Elon Musk and Donald Trump are moving forward with their plan to dismantle the Deep State and root out all the corruption, fraud, and abuse in the federal bureaucracy.

And they are just getting started.
