FBI Director Kash Patel disclosed the smoking gun election crime evidence that has Democrats in terror

FBI Director Kash Patel delivered shocking declassified intelligence to The Senate Judiciary Committee revealing a Chinese plot to interfere in the 2020 election.

The 2020 election has been a contentious topic for years.

Now new evidence has emerged that could change everything.

And FBI Director Kash Patel dropped one election bombshell that has Democrats scrambling for cover.

FBI reveals alarming intelligence about Chinese interference in 2020 election

FBI Director Kash Patel delivered shocking news to Congress that has sent shockwaves through Washington, D.C.

Patel delivered newly declassified intelligence documents to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) that exposed a potential Chinese operation to meddle in the 2020 election.

The intelligence documents from August 2020 suggested that China had manufactured fake U.S. driver’s licenses as part of an operation to generate fraudulent mail-in ballots for Joe Biden.

"Thanks to the oversight work and partnership of Chairman Grassley, the FBI continues to provide unprecedented transparency at the people’s Bureau," Patel told Just the News in a statement.

Patel revealed the disturbing details of what the FBI had uncovered about Chinese interference efforts.

"Specifically, these include allegations of plans from the CCP to manufacture fake driver’s licenses and ship them into the United States for the purpose of facilitating fraudulent mail-in ballots – allegations which, while substantiated, were abruptly recalled and never disclosed to the public," Patel said.

The FBI Director made the decision to immediately declassify the material and turn it over to Chairman Grassley for further review.

This revelation raises serious questions about what the previous FBI leadership under Christopher Wray knew and when they knew it.

Intelligence was buried despite potential corroboration

The intelligence came from a relatively new confidential source who provided information in summer 2020 that the Chinese government was producing and shipping fake U.S. driver’s licenses.

Sources familiar with the intelligence told Just the News that the operation was specifically intended to create voter identities for Chinese residents living in the United States so they could cast votes with fraudulent mail-in ballots.

The source claimed this scheme was designed to benefit Biden in the 2020 election.

But here’s the shocking part of this story.

The intelligence document was pulled back within just a few weeks and the allegations were never properly investigated.

Officials claimed the source needed to be re-interviewed, but that follow-up investigation apparently never took place.

This happened around the same time that then-FBI Director Chris Wray testified before Congress that there were no known foreign interference plots ahead of the 2020 election.

But there may have been supporting evidence that was overlooked.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection had intercepted 19,888 fake licenses around the time the intelligence came in, which could have been evidence supporting the report.

Questions mount about previous FBI leadership

The timing of when this intelligence was buried raises serious concerns about the previous FBI leadership’s handling of election security.

Chairman Grassley had first raised concerns to the bureau that the intelligence hadn’t been fully vetted and was instead just dismissed despite evidence of the fake licenses.

This follows a pattern of the FBI under Christopher Wray downplaying or dismissing intelligence that didn’t fit their preferred narrative.

The fact that nearly 20,000 fake driver’s licenses were intercepted by Customs and Border Protection at the same time this intelligence came in should have triggered a massive investigation.

Instead, the intelligence was quietly recalled and never saw the light of day.

This raises the question of how many other intelligence reports were buried by the previous FBI leadership that the American people deserved to know about.

The contrast between Kash Patel’s transparency and the previous administration’s secrecy couldn’t be more clear.

Patel has committed to bringing "unprecedented transparency" to the FBI, something that was sorely lacking under his predecessor.

Democrats face uncomfortable questions

This revelation puts Democrats in an extremely uncomfortable position.

For years, they’ve dismissed any questions about election security as "conspiracy theories" or "election denialism."

But now there’s documented intelligence from the FBI itself about potential foreign interference that was designed to benefit Joe Biden.

The fact that this intelligence was buried and never properly investigated raises serious questions about what else the American people weren’t told.

Democrats who spent years claiming the 2020 election was the "most secure in history" will now have to explain why credible intelligence about Chinese interference was swept under the rug.

This intelligence report also raises questions about the role of mail-in ballots in the 2020 election.

The alleged Chinese plot specifically targeted mail-in ballot fraud, which was expanded dramatically in 2020 due to COVID-19 policies.

Critics warned at the time that mass mail-in voting would create opportunities for fraud, but those concerns were dismissed by Democrats and their allies in the media.

Now there’s evidence that foreign adversaries may have seen the same vulnerabilities and attempted to exploit them.

The American people deserve answers about what the FBI knew about potential Chinese interference and why it was covered up.

Kash Patel’s decision to declassify and release this intelligence is exactly the kind of transparency that was promised when Donald Trump returned to office.

The previous FBI leadership’s decision to bury this intelligence without proper investigation is a betrayal of their duty to protect American elections.

This bombshell revelation is just the beginning of what may be uncovered as the new FBI leadership brings transparency to an agency that has been operating in the shadows for too long.
