The fact that Republicans have been forcing Democrats to deal with the realities of illegal open borders is driving them up a wall.
Even though Democrats know facilitating—and turbo charging—illegal immigration is a losing proposition for them, they keep pushing their luck.
Now they’ve resorted to calling their thugs at the Justice Department and FBI for backup.
In typical form in the Trump era, Democrats are trying to silence DeSantis and anyone else who embarasses them or threatens their power.
Andrew Weissman is the former lead prosecutor for Special Counsel Robert Muller’s sham “Russian collusion” investigation.
He’s constantly showing that the Mueller probe was nothing more than a politically-fueled witch hunt as he spews his deranged left-wing extremist commentary.
Now Weissman is falsely claiming that DeSantis’ delivery of 50 illegal aliens to Martha’s Vineyard amounted to “kidnapping.”
Never mind that the Biden regime is constantly hauling illegals all over the US.
But that’s fine with leftist as long as they keep getting dumped in red states like Florida.
Leftists like Weissman love illegal immigration as long as the problem is kept at a nice long sanitary distance away from them.
After all, nothing beats being able to virtue signal without actually being forced to deal with the issue firsthand.
No surprise, California Governor Gavin Newsom is behind the latest attack on the Left’s political ambitions.
He went as far as sending a letter to Biden’s corrupt Attorney General Merrick Garland encouraging him to use a criminal provision designed to target organized crime to go after his political opponent.
Newsom claims the Justice Department could use the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) statutes to arrest DeSantis on kidnapping charges.
Whether or not a Republican is in the White House, it’s become abundantly clear that the FBI is working for Democrats.
But if the Left’s every political enemy can be locked up as needed for political purposes—or just to save face—then the nation is already experiencing the beginning of the end.
