Fox News has long since abandoned their trademarked “fair and balanced” approach.
Now they’ve left their audience stunned.
That’s because Fox News was forced to concede one apology that no one saw coming.
On a recent broadcast of Outnumbered, the Fox News hosts took turns taking jabs at former House Speaker Newt Gingrich after he called out George Soros for spending billions to install radically Left Democrats as district attorneys who are now bailing out rioters and looters.
Fox News’ Melissa Francis and Marie Harf were quick to stop Gingrich from speaking and demand that he not talk about Soros on the air.
The core Fox News audience railed against the network following the broadcast for having bent the knee to politically correct censorship of the news.
The mainstream Fake News Media has long shutdown any talk of Soros and anyone who would bring criticism against him have been labelled as anti-Semitic.
Now Fox News appears to be hopping on that band wagon.
But the very next day the programs primary host Harris Faulkner was forced to apologize for her co-host’s silencing of Gingrich.
“So, we had a little incident on the show yesterday that was not smooth,” Faulkner stated. “While I was leading that segment, we had interruptions, and I sat silently while all of that played. Also not ideal.”
Faulkner was forced to re-emphasize that free speech was important on Fox News after the network has paraded itself as fair and balanced.
George Soros making huge contributions to buy politicians across the country is no conspiracy and is actually common place for the billionaire.
Defending him on air is more revealing of who else may be in his camp or even in his pocket.
Fox News has fallen a long way in a short time.
