The Supreme Court is about to decide one of the most explosive cases in years.
Democrats thought they had this fight locked up.
But Franklin Graham dropped one truth bomb about a Supreme Court case that left Democrats fuming.
Sexual harassment allegations rock transgender athlete case
The legal fight over boys competing in girls' sports just took a devastating turn for Democrats.
Two West Virginia families came forward with sworn testimony alleging a transgender athlete sexually harassed female teammates in school locker rooms and at competitions.
Adaleia Cross, a former track teammate, filed a declaration under oath and penalty of perjury detailing explicit sexual comments the boy allegedly made to her in the girls' locker room when they were at Bridgeport Middle School together.
Cross was in eighth grade and the transgender athlete was in seventh when the harassment occurred during the 2022-23 school year, according to her mother, Abby Cross.
"When Adaleia first told us, she told us that [the transgender athlete] was telling her and other girls 'suck my d—,'" Abby Cross told Fox News Digital.
The allegations got worse from there.
"[The transgender athlete] was saying to her, coming up and saying to her, 'I'm going to stick my d— in your p—- and also in your a–,'" Abby Cross stated.
"At different times [the transgender athlete] was saying these things to her."
The transgender athlete, identified in court documents as Becky Pepper-Jackson, has been allowed to compete on girls' sports teams and use girls' locker rooms since 2021 when a federal judge blocked West Virginia's law protecting women's sports.
Cross quit the track team as a sophomore at Bridgeport High School last year rather than share a locker room with the transgender athlete again.
Alliance Defending Freedom represents Cross and confirmed she "has sworn under oath and under penalty of perjury in numerous cases about the events that took place between her and the male athlete."
"As a result of the situation, [Cross] had to step away from the sport she loved entirely and sacrifice a key element of her school experience to protect herself," ADF stated.
Cross reported the harassment to school officials who promised a full investigation.
Nothing happened.
"They told me they would do a full investigation into what I told them," Adaleia told Fox News.
"And then, all of a sudden, it was like nothing else was happening, it was done, and it seemed like they thought nothing of it because they didn't talk to us about it at all, they just left it there and didn't tell us anything else, so it just made it seemed like, yup it's done."
Second girl comes forward with intimidation allegations
Emmy Salerno, another former teammate, also filed allegations against the transgender athlete.
Salerno refused to compete against the boy in April 2024 when both were in eighth grade.
She said the transgender athlete began staring her down and following her at public events after she protested his participation in girls' sports.
"At the basketball game when he just followed me everywhere, I kind of felt like, 'Is he gonna try to fight me?' Is he going to try and sneak up behind me and punch me?'" Salerno told Fox News.
The transgender athlete's legal team at the ACLU denied all allegations and claimed school officials investigated and found them "unsubstantiated."
"Our client and her (sic) mother deny these allegations and the school district investigated the allegations reported to the school by A.C. and found them to be unsubstantiated," the ACLU stated.
Harrison County Schools has refused multiple requests to provide documentation of their investigation.
The school district reportedly allowed the transgender athlete to remain on the team with no apparent disciplinary action.
Franklin Graham exposes Democrats' betrayal of women and girls
Evangelical leader Franklin Graham called out Democrats for supporting boys in girls' locker rooms and sports in a blistering statement about the case.
"If you believe men should be allowed in women's bathrooms and to undress in your daughter's or granddaughter's locker room, then you should vote Democrat," Graham wrote on social media.
"Over 130 Democrats in the House and Senate signed an amicus brief urging the Supreme Court to support biological males in women's sports."
Graham's warning hit Democrats where it hurts.
"This is sick. If it turns your stomach, beware," Graham stated.
"It seems that most Democrats in Washington, D.C. are buying into these lies."
The brief supporting the transgender athlete was signed by 130 congressional Democrats including Senator Mazie Hirono and Representatives Becca Balint and Teresa Leger Fernández.
Graham accused Democrats of selling out women and girls for political power.
"With many, it's not about what is right or wrong, it's about power — and they will sell their souls for power," Graham wrote.
"I'm not a Republican or a Democrat — no party has my loyalty. I'm going to vote for the platform that best supports American and Biblical values."
Graham called on the Supreme Court to protect girls.
"Men in women's sports and restrooms is perverted," Graham declared.
"Pray that God will guide the hearts of the Supreme Court justices to do the right thing as they deliberate this issue in just a couple of weeks."
The Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in West Virginia v. B.P.J. and Little v. Hecox on January 13.
Both cases challenge state laws protecting women's sports from biological males.
The cases present exactly what Graham warned about — Democrats forcing girls to share private spaces with boys and pretending it's about civil rights.
Cross's testimony proves what everyone already knew.
Put a boy in the girls' locker room and girls get harassed.
Democrats saw this coming and cheered it on anyway because woke ideology trumps protecting your daughter every single time.
The Supreme Court gets to decide if states can stop this madness or if Washington, D.C. bureaucrats force every school in America to throw girls under the bus for radical transgender politics.
