Fox News host Greg Gutfeld had some serious news that he wanted to share with America.
He is one of the many Americans that are disgusted by the fact that, twice, an assassin came within arm’s reach of taking down Trump for good.
And Greg Gutfeld just blew the whistle on who was truly behind the second attempt on Trump.
Gutfeld slams media for stoking flames against Trump
Former President Donald Trump managed to survive a second assassination attempt when a gunman set up his rifle to take out Trump on his Florida golf course.
For 43 years, America did not witness a major attempt on a President’s life.
But now there have been two within just a couple of months, both of which targeted Donald Trump.
And Fox News host Greg Gutfeld doesn’t believe it to be a coincidence.
During his recent interview of Donald Trump on his show, he asked former President Trump about how the media continues to blame Trump for the Democrats trying to have him killed.
Even The Atlantic’s David Frum disgustingly attempted to attack Trump for claiming to be the victim.
“Trump and his running mate have spent the past week successfully inciting violence in Springfield, Ohio,” wrote Frum on X. “Today they want to present themselves as near-victims of violence – in this case, of violence completely unrelated to themselves and at a very safe distance from themselves.”
Gutfeld asked Trump about his response to why the media is refusing to acknowledge their roles by calling him Hitler, a threat to democracy, and an outright fascist in order to inspire this level of insanity.
“It’s interesting to see the response to this second attempt,” Gutfeld started. “Every time you’re under a bigger threat, the media still blames you even more.”
“It’s almost as if they don’t see their own role in this,” he deduced. “Have you just basically accepted this is a fact?”
Trump slams media in response
Trump shared that he has actually come to terms with the fact that the media is not going to ever let up on the intensity of their bias and hatred for him.
In his response to Gutfeld, Trump argued that the media would lie about him no matter what, citing the coverage around his debate performance against Vice President Kamala Harris as a prime example of media bias.
“I think so, yeah,” Trump began. “The media is extremely dishonest, extremely corrupt, actually.”
“Look at the debate. I walked off, I said: ‘That’s it.’ You know, they said, I’m the G.O.A.T. in debates because I had a lot of debates and I became President and the G.O.A.T. means Greatest Of All Time,” he added. “And I walked off that stage and I thought I had the best debate and I was very unfairly treated by the anchor.”
“I’m not a fan of those guys anymore,” Trump concluded.
It is no secret that the media absolutely hates Donald Trump.
But two attempts on his life within a couple of months is beyond what should be accepted as the normal amount of hate for the former President.
Greg Gutfeld, along with many of Donald Trump’s supporters, believe the media’s case of Trump Derangement Syndrome could potentially result in the Republican nominee getting killed.
