Hillary Clinton has long avoided any consequences for all the scandals surrounding her and her family.
And many had hoped that her luck was finally running out.
But now this left-wing Judge just gave Hillary Clinton the ultimate get out of jail free card.
After Democrats’ narrative collapsed that then-candidate Donald Trump and his campaign had colluded with Russia to “steal” the 2016 election, it was clear that the entire narrative was nothing more than the result of the Hillary Clinton campaign’s opposition research.
As a result, Trump filed a $24 million lawsuit last March against a total of 28 defendants, including Hillary Clinton, her campaign, the Democrat National Committee, Christopher Steele, Fusion GPS, and others, for their role in elevating the Russian collusion hoax from a campaign narrative to an outright conspiracy to destroy the duly elected President of the United States.
In the lawsuit, Trump’s lawyers argued that Clinton and the other left-wing radicals named were part of “a malicious conspiracy to disseminate patently false and injurious information about Donald J. Trump and his campaign, all in the hopes of destroying his life, his political career and rigging the 2016 Presidential Election in favor of Hillary Clinton.”
Of course, if most left-wing radicals were given a truth serum, they’d admit that was the reality of the hoax all along.
But the last thing left-wing elitists are going to allow is for Democrats to ever be held accountable for their crimes.
And left-wing, Bill Clinton-appointed Judge Donald Middlebrooks did his part recently when he chose to throw out Trump’s lawsuit against every single one of the defendants outside the federal government.
On top of that, Judge Middlebrooks also chose to hit Trump and his attorney, Alina Habba, with a fine of almost $1 million for even bringing the lawsuit in the first place.
“Along with Clinton and the DNC, other defendants included former DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Clinton campaign chief John Podesta, the Perkins Coie law firm, the Fusion GPS research firm, Christopher Steele, and several former FBI officials, including James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, and Lisa Page,” Breitbart reported, “Bill Clinton-appointed Middlebrooks on Thursday imposed $937,989.39 in sanctions, for which Trump and his lead attorney, Alina Habba of Habba Madaio & Associates, are ‘jointly and severally liable.’”
In his ruling, Judge Middlebrooks didn’t hold back and proceeded to shred Trump and his attorneys for filing the lawsuit against those who’d sought to frame the former President for treason.
“This case should never have been brought,” Middlebrooks claimed, “Its inadequacy as a legal claim was evident from the start. No reasonable lawyer would have filed it. Intended for a political purpose, none of the counts of the amended complaint stated a cognizable legal claim.”
Middlebrooks’ efforts to run interference for Democrats should really come as no surprise for those who’ve paid attention, though.
As a matter of fact, ever since the evidence began stacking up proving that the entire Russian collusion narrative was a Democrat hoax cooked up by the Clinton campaign, Democrats embedded throughout the federal bureaucracy have circled the wagons.
The FBI lawyer who fabricated evidence in order to secure a FISA warrant to spy on Trump campaign officials was already protected by a Washington, D.C. Judge, while the Clinton campaign lawyer and researcher who helped fabricate the Steele dossier were acquitted by Democrat juries in Washington, D.C.
But at the end of the day, this is just par for the course for Democrats getting away without facing any consequences.
They seem to be able to play by their own rules, only to have all of the Democrat activists they’ve embedded throughout the government let them off the hook.
And as this Bill Clinton-appointed Judge proved by letting Hillary Clinton and 28 other defendants responsible for the Russian collusion hoax walk, they’ll keep getting away with it until Republicans truly get serious about cleaning up the mess.
